This is the second property we have rented from Philip. We’re looking forward to coming back. The beds are comfy; linens are quality; kitchen well equipped and easy parking. There are so many little touches to make the guest feel at home. Rent this property with confidence.

All comodities were excellent : cookware, towels, ... Very comfortable beds. Clean. Excellent location, view on the mountain. Pool a few steps away. Quiet area. Only problem is poor insulation between levels which was problematic and reduced our sense of privacy. Also, careful of wide angle photos, ceilings are somewhat lower than they look on the photos.

Super clean, comfortable, easy check in /check out, had all the things we needed! Kitchen well equipped. Outdoor space in back gets afternoon sun and has great green space views! Quiet location, no steps. We hope to be back! Thank you Phillip!!

One of the best furnished and equipped VRBOs we have stayed at. Location great for cycling, golf and hiking. A few good places to eat less than 5 minute drive of 15 minute walk.

Everything was as advertised. No complaints whatsoever. Worst part was when we had to leave but I’ve always said you have to leave so you can come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Quiet and very clean. Beds were great with wonderful bedding. Nice furniture throughout condo. Location was close to restaurants and grocery stores. Just a 5 minute drive to Sabino Canyon. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is nicely decorated with comfy furniture, easy wifi, and a nice TV. We didn't cook, so I can't speak to the kitchen equipment, but the linens were very nice and well-stocked. Communication with the owner was great, and he was extremely responsive to a couple of issues that arose. The mattress was firm, but not hard, and very comfortable. Lots of pillows to choose from, too, and we all found one that worked for us. Folks who are sensitive to fragrances may want to notify the owner, as there were diffusers (with a pleasant scent) throughout the unit. The unit was very conveniently located for us, as our activities were centered in northeast Tucson. Parking was a mere 20 steps from the unit. The setting is absolutely gorgeous, with pretty territorial views from the unit and patio, and mountain views from outside the unit. My family and I were all very satisfied with our stay and would definitely stay here again!

This condo is absolutely beautiful, and was extremely clean. All of the furnishings are of high quality and I think it was all brand new. Very quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed everything about it including the outdoor porch. The pool nearest the condo is closed for renovation, but the other pool in the west part of the complex was open and we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. We highly recommend this condo.
