We were very impressed with our stay at this home. Everything was accurately described in the listing and it was tastefully recently remodeled. We had everything we needed for 8 people to stay comfortably and the communication with the owner was excellent-prompt and responsive. Location was highly convenient and the sound of the river nearby very soothing. Would highly recommend this home.

Well equipped and laid out house - the floor plan and amenities allow for together time and some space/privacy. Hosts were available if needed. And the walking into RMNP was ab added bonus that made this trip everything we wanted. Thanks for a great stay!

We had 2 families of 5 spending 3 days in Estes. This was a great location for us to do everything on our Estes list. RMNP, fun city. Mountain coaster, dinner and shops. The noise of the nearby river made it very relaxing to hang out on the deck. Owners were great with communication and provided fun treats for movie and game nights. Would highly recommend.

Family from Colorado, Texas, and Oklahoma. Mostly hung out. Enjoyed go carts and the mountain roller coaster in town. House was great, had everything we needed and more. Thanks!

Great location between RMNP and downtown Estes. Home was recently updated. Hosts were quick to respond to communication. The beds were comfortable! The huge kitchen table accommodated our family nicely. Hosts also thought of everything for young families, from high chair, booster seat, dishes, step stools, toys, and several pack n plays. The kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay. Everything was top notch when it came to little things the hosts have thought of including board games, ping pong, basketball, etc. They even came to clean the hot tub during our stay knowing there were several of us and it was used and enjoyed! Would highly recommend this place for a family stay!!

Easy process, enjoyed the home

This place had it all as far as amenities in the house and it’s proximity to the Rocky Mountain National Park. It is only a quick drive into Estes Park downtown! It had a cabin feel with conveniences near-by! As an extra bonus, it was really accommodating for toddlers as well as the teens! It can be hard to meet that age span but this property did it well!! We highly recommend!

We took our family for Christmas and had the best time! Upon arrival to Aspen Brook, Laura had the house decorated for Christmas! It was beautiful! She also had special gifts under the tree for the kids and a basket of treats for everyone. The house was just perfect! Worked great for our family of 9! Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen! We also enjoyed the hot tub and the game room! The house was close to the YMCA, which was nice and only a few minutes from downtown Estes Park! We would definitely go back! Thank you Laura for your hospitality and for all the extras!

This entire home was beautifully remodeled and felt new, fresh, and clean. It was well/suited for adults and children alike. The basement area was comfortable and fun for our grandchildren, ages 5,3, and 1. Plenty of clean, fun, and stimulating age -appropriate toys and books, all of which were well-maintained, if not new. There was also a food ball and tv room in the lower level, and then on the main level there was a basketball goal and pingpong table—so much to interest our 5 yo and all the adults! The kitchen was well appointed. There were plenty of bathrooms for our 5 adults and 3 children. We enjoyed a creekside picnic at a shady picnic table in the neighborhood park, and the private neighborhood playground was perfect. The location to town and to RMNP was very convenient. We enjoyed sitting out on the patios gazing at the stars. Our last day a huge elk buck walked right down the street! We loved these hosts, our house, and it’s location.

The location is just a short 5 minute drive to the park. It is so close to the Big Thompson river. The kids had a blast playing in the water. The beds were very heavenly. The kitchen had every appliance we needed. The house was very spacious and perfect for our family vacation of 9. We would definitely come back.

The number and sizes of the rooms were perfect for our party. The child area in the basement was truly perfect for our one married couple with an infant. Kitchen well appointed. Furniture just right and comfortable. The griddle outside was outstanding. Would have liked an outside fire pit but apparently not allowed. Overall, outstanding home for our family.

This house was everything we needed. 3 families with little kids meeting up. Each couple had their own king size bed. The kids had a great playroom to share. The hot tub and the Blackstone grill are nice perks. Great place.

We can’t wait to come back to Estes Park and would definitely come back to this property. It had the perfect location, clean, and up to date with everything we needed to have a great vacation!

The house was so well organized, beautiful overall and in an amazing location! All the bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed to host a large group! We loved it and you will to!

We were very pleased with this clean home and all its amenities. This is perfect for a family/group with kids, there many things to keep everyone entertained (ping pong, air hockey, games, hot tub, etc) and lots of space to spread out and relax. Nice location, close to downtown and RMNP. We enjoyed the relaxing sounds of nature and the river nearby. Laura was a great host, I told her we planned to fish and she got fishing poles and tackle for us. Would definitely return!

Our family stayed here for almost a week in June 2022, and we loved every minute. This house is so nicely remodeled, decorated and appointed, that we can hardly imagine someone not being pleased with it. This house has everything you need for a wonderful stay; just bring your crew and some food and enjoy. We had never been to Estes Park before and looked at several rentals, including some right on the river. In hindsight we were glad this place was near the river but not right on it, because (at least in June) the water was flowing pretty quickly. This place has just the right balance that the river is close and can be enjoyed but is not so close that we felt like we had to check on the kids every time they went outside. We highly recommend this place and would go back in a second!

This is a great up to date property, that is suitable for all ages. Everything was clean, easy to use, and good quality. We enjoyed the hot tub, basketball and ping pong, the Blackstone grill, and hammock. It is well set up for young children with bunk beds, toys, games, books, and a tub in their bathroom. I liked their decorating style. The driveway is a bit steep but it wasnt a problem. Our kids has fun doing some exploring by the Thompson river which is across the road.
