This truly was a piece of paradise. Waking up with an ocean view without even having to get out of our cozy bed was beyond my expectations. We brewed some freshly ground coffee and walked a few steps out to the patio to take in the fresh ocean breeze and felt at complete peace. Alina thought of everything that could make a getaway comfortable, private, and tranquil.

For our next stay, we will buy groceries ahead of time to take with us since there aren't any restaurants nearby or open certain days. Other than that, it was perfect and we plan to stay longer our next trip.

The room was comfortable and very clean and well equipped. Appreciated the privacy. The view and small deck were a nice way to end the day.

We come to this area annually but wanted our stay to be a little more remote and peaceful. This truly did not disappoint. Alina put so much effort into keeping everything simple and easy so that you can just unplug and relax. Everything was so comfortable from the bed to the chairs. Excellent view and my wife loved the giant bathroom.

the view was beautiful, but Alina keeps an immaculate residence. It was peaceful, clean, and quiet. Perfect if you need to decompress from a busy life. Alina also goes above and beyond to make your stay feel personalized, it’s was the best part of walking into the room. Thank you for the sweet card and small gifts, they were so nice and well thought out.

I have nothing negative to report, Alina clearly takes the time and energy to promote a well kept beautiful retreat. if anything is negative, it’s checking out! Wish we could stay longer!

The room is quite noisy at night and a lot of night lights, like a clock display on the ceiling. The fridge buzz is quite loud if this can move to the bathroom? And I had to cover all the light points including clock, wifi and coffee maker. Unfortunately affected my sleep a lot

The unit was clean, modern and very comfortable. The bed was was so comfortable - it exceeded our expectations. The owner of the unit had it well supplied with everything - from coffee maker, coffee supplies, toiletries, towels, etc., kind of like a home away from home. The owner really did a great job in making sure everything that was provided resulted in an excellent stay. We would and will stay here again!

It had a spacious bathroom and the private deck looking out to the ocean. Fresh ground coffee was a big bonus, option for pods or a pot of coffee. The bed was very comfortable and it had a nice tv. Another bonus was we had wifi connect but we really enjoyed not connecting...the feeling was letting all that go and enjoying the quiet.

We were riding a heavy motorcycle (HD Roadglide Limited/900+lbs) and the driveway is gravel. It wasn't impossible but it takes some thought going in and parking. It is remote so be prepared to either bring something to eat or travel for dinner. We rode south to Gualala, about 9 miles, for a fantastic dinner at Vue Kitchen. No traffic to speak of so no big deal. There is Anchor Bay just north of there, 6 miles. Our next trip may include our dog which means we'll have to find another location.

Beautifully decorated little property. The owner has an amazing taste. She provided everything a guest might need. The property was very clean. The owner is a very caring person giving the guest all the information that the guest might need. The owner answered emails and texts right the way. We did enjoy our stay at the property and location.

It is convenient with explicit instructions when quickly checking into the room. We are delighted to stay in this accommodation with a private entrance and a comfortable space to have coffee outdoor and enjoy a lovely sunset quietly. Here is extremely neat with high-quality experiences. Within the distance, we can find the supermarket and the restaurant and a station. It would take almost one hour to drive to Mendocino and Fort Bragg. Within 20mins, you could reach Point Arena. We enjoyed local sightseeing and coastal views nearby. This parking space also offered Tesla EV charging equipment. Seeing the two deer passing by was a unique experience. Here provided a heating and cooling system and an excellent infotainment system for the evening movies. It is a high-value accommodation. Overall, here would be the location for the short stays for subsequent visits

We loved everything. it was frankly beyond expectation, exceptionally clean, very comfortable bed, quiet, great location with ocean view. Nice amenities such as a coffee maker, microwave, large screen TV, refrigerator, very large bathroom and shower.
