It was really nice having your own bathroom and a comfortable bed. The large garage was nice to keep things organized and out of the way until needed. The kitchen was great and well-supplied. We made all our breakfasts and dinners in the house and loved the grills and flattop. It made feeding our group of 24 a lot easier and had room to seat everyone for the meals. We enjoyed the hot tub and the quiet nights. The community pool was great too. Always busy but the kids didn't mind. Each day we packed lunches and made our way to some of the tourist spots and trails. We went as far south as Sylvan Lake which was a bit of a hassle this year because of 385 being closed. It just took a little longer to get there. We also did a 19-mile stretch of the Mickleson bike trail with the entire family. We had to rent several bikes and trailers to haul the lunch and take the baby with us. The rental company and shuttle were very accommodating. We stoped at several places to have lunch and play in the water. We had some really good fishing at Sylvan and hiked the trails there and in Spearfish Canyon making new memories and replaying some old ones from when our kids were young twenty years ago. It was an awesome time to celebrate the blessings God has given us being married for 45 years and having a healthy loving family. We loved the amount of space, the fire pit and the ability for the kids to play in the garage and outside. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom and the rooms were almost sound proof which worked great for the littles to go to bed earlier than the rest. We are already talking about a return trip!

GPS did not work well. Big disappointment was that the whole concrete out front was ice and very very slippery. No one fell but we all slipped. Thought the next day we would put ice melt but there was none on the property. So we used the garage to load people but couldn't walk out the front door to go explore as it was ice.House was so spacious there was room for everyone to be together or alone. We had a great time. Property management was very helpful and always took care of all our needs and questions. Thanks Much! We skied and the second day took in Deadwood. Weather was wonderful and made the travel easy.

This home was perfect for our family get together. Everything we needed. We enjoyed the round tables for meals and games. Great kitchen and garage was wonderful. Our only complaint was lack of water pressure in the showers. Most of the bedrooms pressure was just above a stream. Suggestion to owner would be a few plastic drinking cups for smaller kids.

This property was perfect for our group of seven couples. Each couple had their own bedroom with an adult sized bed and an attached bathroom. The kitchen is quite large and well equipped. Having two refrigerators was an added bonus. The TV viewing area downstairs was particularly popular with the sports enthusiasts. Would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Our group travels to SD every Fall to ride side by sides thru the beautiful hills. This house is perfect as it is spacious and every couple has their own bedroom and bathroom. Such a plus. This house is beyond beautiful and you wouldn’t regret staying there!

Everything about this house was perfect for our group. All of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms so each group was able to go off on their own if they wanted. This house also had multiple amazing gathering areas. The kitchen was perfect for 15 of us at a time to get together and enjoy a late night snack. The property manager was so easy to get ahold of when we had concerns or issues with anything. They were even flexible on our check in time since we got there a little earlier than expected. The trees in the back and around the house made it feel secluded even though we weren’t very far from other houses. Overall, 11/10 recommend this house! Can’t wait to stay here again!

We were disappointed that a snow shovel was not provided because no one had shoveled off the snow in front of the house which became very icy and slippery. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the pantry. Better directions would have helped. The map showed a direct road to the property that was named but not shown that it ran through a work staging area. Was glad I was driving a Tahoe and not a Corvette.

Great property with lots of room and spacr

We had our annual family reunion at this house. The bedrooms all have their own bathrooms which was amazing for our large family. The garage space was great for entertaining the kids and the extra fridge and ice maker a bonus with all of the people staying. Would highly recommend this home to families or multiple couples.

What a beautiful house and how enjoyable it was to be able to create memories here. The house is big enough for everyone to have their own area, but not too big to where people aren’t spending time together. Really enjoyed our time here and hope that it remains available for us to use in years to come
