View from 28th floor Mountain/City View room was nice and apartment/bed was generally comfortable. Host was very responsive and check in and out just fine with much appreciated early check in. Washing machine was pleasant surprise.
Soundproofing was poor. Maybe this was slightly unique to runup to Lunar new year, but thumping music from outside and strange clanging noises inside echoed and disrupted our sleep a lot (music on Thursday ended at 2am!) WiFi was bad and unusable to download audio or video. Furniture was uncomfortable and flimsy.

It has wonderful location near Jesselton. Also good swimming pool and big room. Also If you contact to sercice team, they will solve other problems !
One thing is bed and sofa is liittle bit old, but other good point cover it all.

easy access to the locker to get the key, decent place to stay, the mall quite far for walking distance about 15mins but you can Grab to save time. 20 mins from Airport.
The gym is very dissapointed. Just put few instruments. Water flow out from heater very small, so you need to be patience when bath.

we as a family are very satisfied with the house, all the equipment in the house is very helpful to us, the condition of the house is very clean and we are very comfortable with the facilities you provide.. this very best house we have ever rented in that place. if we go to kota kinabalu again we will definitely look for you. I give 10 stars for this sincerely from our hearts

This new building in Tower 1 is such so splendid to stay. I and my sisters enjoyed the scenic beauty of the sea from sunrise to sunset. It was indeed a very spectacular experience to be in jesselton. When my friends saw my pictures at the condo, they were so amazed about it. They reckoned even that it was indeed worth the price, which I also agreed. Thank you, Jesselton Seaview Sunset Vacation! Terima Kasih.
The pool is not yet available during our stay and it makes us sad about it. I think they are closing it for meantenance thing or whatsover.

Great location. Nearby and Jesselton Jetty. Great view. Mountain view and Seaview. Both in perfect view. New apartment.
Easy to access and get the key. Very clear instruction from staff to get the key.
A lot of parking lot. Doesn’t need any specific parking lot.
Very cheaper price for two room apartment.

really nice view for the sunset at the roof top.
24/7 restaurants downstairs. also has the coin laundry downstairs as well. really friendly for travelers
The room in general is clean enough. but there are dirty spots didn’t get replaced or changed. like the sofa had lots of stains… also curtains in the bedroom has the dirt stains on as well.
we asked for an hour late checkout. It easily get approved. but the power still got cut off at 11. …
