Stayed at Sue’s house for two weeks, 3 kids and both parents, house was spotless, small food hamper on arrival was greatly appreciated, location was excellent, quiet residential area, but only 5 minutes walk from small supermarket and several very nice restaurants. Would definitely recommend this property to rent, we will be back !

Lovely spacious villa that’s immaculately clean and modern in a good location. There are 4 spacious double bedrooms with great bathrooms and air con throughout. The villa feels like you are walking into someone’s much loved home so we wouldn’t hesitate returning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The villa exceeded our expectations and was very comfortable. It was spacious, clean and well maintained. I can't think of anything that we felt we needed that it did not have. It had everything that we could have wanted; great swimming pool, amazing views, walk to the beach (10-15mins) and just lovely accommodation with all aspects covered. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and wouldn’t hesitate in returning.

La villa est très spacieuse avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances., nous étions 7 personnes 4 adultes et 3 enfants. La Cuisine est très bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, les chambres sont spacieuses et climatisées. Les plages sont magnifiques et la piscine à 5minutes à pied. La propriétaire est joignable et le service gérer par un personnel très agréable. Je recommande cette villa

The villa was perfect for 7 of us. It's well equipped and the location was also good in order to start exploring Algarve. Sue was always helpful and responded quickly if anything was needed. Impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, super well equipped property (has beach and house toys for kids, equipment for beach, very efficient kitchen), in a quiet area near Benagil beach. We were 2 families with a total of 4 adults and 4 children and it was perfect and we had a wonderful stay! We would choose this house in a heartbeat when we'll come back in the area. This amazing villa provided the perfect base for our Autumn getaway. As a party of five it provided us with the space we needed to truly relax and the location was perfect for night- time drives into Alvor or Caraviero.I would recommend a hire car as you may feel a little isolated without one. The standard of hygiene was exemplary. There is midweek maid service provided which was very welcome indeed. Cooking in the well equipped kitchen was effortless and the outdoor BBQ provided us with a great night’s family entertainment. I would thoroughly recommend this villa to a larger -sized family. You will not be disappointed.

We have just arrived back from a two week stay in this lovely villa. It was very spacious and easily accommodated our party of 7. There is a well equipped kitchen and WiFi throughout the villa. Contact with the owners was always prompt and informative. The pool is a 5 min walk from the villa with plenty of sun beds or a grassed area on which to sun bathe. The nearby beaches are stunning - our kids enjoyed jumping the high waves. The walk into Carvoeiro is about 30 mins mostly downbank and the taxis are plentiful for the ride home at about €6. If we were to holiday in Carvoeiro again we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here

Set in a quiet location and with access to the complex pool, bar & restaurant, it is also within walking distance of various other restaurants, shops, beach’s and places of interest. The villa is set out over two floors with good size bedrooms and bathrooms to give everybody space. Coupled with various outside areas and a roof terrace, there is a place for everyone - sun, shade or chilling inside. The villa itself is the best we have ever had in terms of just how well equipped it was - it lacked for absolutely nothing & the brand new kitchen really adds to the clean, modern feel of the villa. Communication with the owner has been brilliant from the outset and we all feel that this property was an excellent choice. Would highly recommend to families of all age groups (we were from ages 12 to 63!)

A very spacious, well maintained villa in beautiful surroundings with a shared pool. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and ice machine. Excellent communication with the owner and managing office on site. Would thoroughly recommend staying in this family sized villa.

2 families of 4, 3 kids under 10 a teenager and 4 adults and we all loved it. The villa was in a nice shecluded cul d sac just a short walk from the pool and complex, the management staff on site were very friendly, we couldn't have asked for more as a base for a wonderful holiday. Plenty of space in the villa with wifi for the kids and sports on tv for the dads, we never felt on top of each other. Lovely bars and resteraunts a 5-10min walk away as is a well stocked supermarket. I can see why a car is recommended but as there were 8 of us and we like a drink with our meals we didn't bother. The pool area is lovely, the closest beach took 15 mins to walk to and we used taxis a lot, the wait for a taxi can be a pain but they are all comfortable and air conditioned. We worked out using taxis whenever we needed them and walking when we could was around a third of the cost a car would have been so unless you're planning to travel around other areas and your fit and able don't feel like you need to get a car. We used yellow fish taxis for transfers which were very reasonable, 40 - 50 mins, waiting for us with a sign at arrivals and early on the departure day, also wifi for the teenager :)The correspondence from Sue the owner of the villa was brilliant, she gave us advice for transfers and advised the management company we would arrive early which they accommodated for us. We went wanting a relaxing holiday with a few lazy days and barby's round the villa on a night which is exactly what we got, highly recommended. Neil
