The location but nothing else

The property is centrally located with good access to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The breakfast which was included was exceptional. We booked a junior suite and it was beautiful, complete with a jacuzzi bath. All soft drinks and wine in the room was complimentary and stocked up every day. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. One member of staff remembered I had tea every morning so I didn’t have to ask, she brought it directly. Thank you for an exceptional stay.

One very minor thing was, because of the hotels central location it can be quite noisy on a night and morning. However ear plugs were provided in the room.

There was a major construction site in front of the hotel - you look out of the window and you see the site. The construction workers were still busy in the evening and we were told that they start at 7am in the morning. We travelled with a baby (which the hotel knew) - but nobody told us about the site beforehand. We checked out again after 45minutes, and the management refused to refund us due to the fact that "the construction is out of their control"

Construction noise

All the staffs were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the best suite they have and the price was very good for what I got. The room was well furnished and comfortable. the mattress of the bed was one of the best I had. the breakfast was tasty everyday in their cozy restaurant. I loved the hotel!

i felt the toilet and the security window of the door were too high (I am 162cm😎😚. the water in the shower was not stable at all. My room had a dishwasher but I couldn’t find the pods for the machine. microwave addition would be even better

The spa bath and suite were perfect and as pictured. Great quality and everything was working properly. The senior staff members were very friendly.

I had to clean the bath before using it as it had dead flies in it. Very inflexible in providing earlier check ins which I am sure could be possible by prioritising the requested one to clean first. No communication that they would even try, just a default No.

Sometimes the pubs in the area can be noisy at 2:00 in the morning when the happy customers leave.

Spa

Location was great. Staff made us feel really at home. Room was spacious and luxurious. We will vosit the hotel again!

The noise in the early morning from shops around the hotel, starting at 6 o'clock.

Nothing particular I can think of!

Location is great - right in the centre and if you’re there to shop, the shopping district is on your doorstep. The jacuzzi in the room was a nice surprise too and the free mini bar also a bonus.

I tend to agree with other travellers that it’s overpriced. It’s very much a restaurant with some rooms upstairs. It kind of feels like you’re a nuisance being a hotel guest, the restaurant staff basically ignore you or give you strange looks when you walk through, and you HAVE to walk through the restaurant to get outside. The stairs were always blocked with kitchen items or cleaning equipment. The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, too - especially with covid. I think if you’re looking for a hotel experience, this isn’t it, but for just a nice room it’s good, spacious and a brilliant location.
