Aircon, shower hot water pressure, cleanliness. The view of the river from my room. Lobby service from the Chinese guy. Recommendation of place of interest, food, restaurant to dine. A memorable stay and experience.

The condition of the river is deteriorating. Lesser water flow due to the earth, rock filling up the stream. Hopefully, the government would be able to do something about it and sustain Sungai Lembing river flows.

Booked because of the very good reviews and nice pictures. Made full payment but did not stay 😪 We first arrived at about 4.30 pm. At the entrance, were asked to move our cars to another lot across the premises when there were vacant spaces at the compound which is questionable as we are also guests. We just park anyway. At the reception area cum dining hall, there was no one at the counter. Waited at the messy reception for 15 minutes. There were emptied beer cans and leftover food on the tables, nuts & candy all over the floors, dogs barking and running around the compound (pets allowed?) and dirt all over the floor and stairs etc. Dissappointed. Our rooms were ready though and fairly ok. Honestly, the place is not suitable for a Muslim Malay Family. We were not comfortable and try to understand the situation, that we decide to just walk away without staying ...

Parking space infront of the property quite not strategic but they have another parking space infront of the property

Comfy bed. Clean room and toilet. Clean towel and bedsheet. Strong wifi. Simple breakfast provided. There's 3 in 1 drink diy. Got hot water/shower. Can walk to the river behind.. landscape got village vibe.

With that price, no tv in room quite pricy. Hair dryer, kettle need to ask from receptionist. Iron also i think.

Both Miss Elaine and Mr Leon are friendly and helpful. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Extra parking lot available if no more space nearby the place, walking distance 30 meters. The air conditioning is marvelous.

Cupboard for cloth, extra hangers, television, toiletries (except 3 in 1 body soap in the bathroom), mirrors (except in the bathroom) are not available. The wifi seems to be so slow. No balcony.
