I booked this including breakfast but at the time of breakfast no one entertain me even there no intercom service provided to me all when I call the number nearly 9am in morning there no one who received call. Its so far from public convince only way to use guest house taxi service. No Water in washroom for bathing. Mid at night is load shading hours no standby generator in mid night nearly 2hours.I want a blanket answer me turn the fans of because we not have yet

First of all, its not hotel but a house converted to Guest house .We have booked twin sharing room. Bathroom was outside the room! staff was extremely good.

The property is fairly new and equipped with most basic needs. The room was nice and big. Staff was very supportive and ready to help. Though the room was lacking some furniture like sofa/writing table but the owner confirmed that they have ordered it and will be added to the rooms very soon. Breakfast was OK though there was no choice to choose.

Location is far from Islamabad. If you are in Islamabad and want to stay in this hotel/guest house then it will not be a good choice. The place is closer to new Islamabad international airport and willl be a perfect choice if you want a night stay before you travel somewhere. Cleanliness can be improved though it is still better then most of the other hotels in islamabad region. The shower needs a shower curtin, only hand soap provided. Toilet rolls and shampoo weren't provided.

Staff was very professional, curtious and helpful. Room were very clean and of decent size. Overall good value for money.

There was no hot running water but the staff did offer to provide hot water for shower in a bucket which i declined. I really liked the place and want them to succeed, I will suggest to arrange for running hot water in taps even in summer months.

I like the room, cleanliness, cooperation of staff, best place to stay near airport foe a short visit, no water issue, generator qas working effectively at the time of load ahadding. Smart TVs were installed you can watch netflix and youtube easily.....

Evwry thing was great. The staff was very cooperative.. no issue so ever.
