It was centrally located close to all the towns most famous attractions like the cable cars and the big bridge with all of the saxophones on it. The appertment was nice and clean with a warm soul, and the host was more than willing to assist us.

Parking could have been a little nearby

Tidy and comfortable apartment. Near the cable car to the citadel and near a lot of restaurants. Quiet at night we have slept really well.

The host was always there via messenger/email to answer our questions. The location of the apartment is good. Close to walk around everywhere in Dinant and also a short walk to the train station if you want to explore places around Dinant. The facilities provided in the apartment were very good including extra sheets/pillows if you need. We were pleasantly surprised to find some breakfast spreads/eatables in the pantry although we didn't use any as we were carrying our own. Providing a washing machine and a hair dryer (can be clamped-as the owner mentioned the earlier one got stolen) in the apartment would make this place perfect !

It was slightly difficult to spot the letter box which had the keys but we did figure out after a while. Its a long climb up the stairs although the stairs were good not winding or narrow. Maybe very tiring if carrying big suitcases but we had backpacks so it wasn't a problem for us. The sofa had a stain on it which the owners said they were aware of. If it can't be removed then at least providing a cover or a sheet to cover it up will make the sofa not look un-inviting. We did use the extra bed sheets provided to cover the sofa when we sat. We couldn't find a place in Dinant to keep our luggage which was a pity, not even the train station has one. We went up to Namur train station to keep our luggage as we wanted to visit Les Jardins d'Annevoie only to find that they were full. Its a small city so understandably these things aren't there.

There was no soap in the bathroom

Location in city center was great. And Dinant itself was better than expected. Nice place to visit. Beds where good. Instructions to get there and get in are very clear.

It is on the top floor with a lot of stairs to get there. Parking outside is not simple, also not for (un)loading your luggage. There are parking areas at 700m, but if you are in luck you can park in the nearby main street, which is free from 18.00-9.00 and very cheap. We had that luck. The room itself is clean, but the joined staircase is definitely not. In the warm summer period we where there, the room was very very warm, and the bedroom even more so. I do not understand, why some of the doors can not be locked, like most importantly the bathroom door. It would have been helpful, if the fridge also had a freezer compartment. Otherwise everything is there and fine, but not out of the ordinary. With the windows open, it can be noisy outside until late.
