Close to restaurants, shops and bus service

Very basic breakfast, no English TV. No restaurant open at the premises, as stated in the write up, (one reason why we chose this hotel), therefore, had to go out to eat each evening.

Really nice and clean family suite with two rooms and two bathrooms, staff was very friendly and helpful. Very close to beautiful park and sea side which kids loved, also very close to lots of restaurants and super market (MMM Migros).

This hotel grounds are so beautiful - many plant varieties; lush, green, colorful. What we also enjoyed was the original art throughout the hotel, The artist is part of the hotel family. The pool was beautiful - very enjoyable for the hot days we were there. And, the breakfast was plentiful with creative dishes that changed each day. This hotel is an incredible value. We also had our laundry done during stay. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, ATM's, a good size grocery store, taxi service, etc. We took the taxi into Fethiye - to the old town, less than $10. There is also a wonderful waterside walking path that takes you to old town if you feel like walking. Plus a large park water side.

Hotel backside garden with pool was beautiful. Could just chill there by the pool the whole day 😁 People were nice and kind also. Would definitely stay here again, mainly because of this cozy garden:)

Had to shower early as if you left it till 8pm no hot water. Breakfast very repetitive and again if you left it till 09:30 am very little left. Patio area needs a good clean.

The staff at Akkent Garden Hotel was exceptional and treated me like family. I stayed for a total of 5 days always greeted with a smile and how is your day. The rooms are spacious and very clean. the breakfast was good, pool were awesome. Resort is clean. Absolutely beautiful garden , I had amazing view from my window. The sea is about 20 - 25 minutes walk

very little variety at breakfast no opportunity to ask for alternatives eg omelette etc- catered for non uk residents - bar area in the evening was not open - would have been nice to come back from beach or after having a meal /walk and have a drink and mingle with others - the downstairs area was in darkness after about 7 in the evening

Breakfast was wonderful plenty of choice. Location wasn’t exactly where I thought it was further away from calis beach but was a nice quiet area.

The breakfast was good and was served in a nice outdoor area next to the swimming which was very pleasant. The room was big though was not the one we booked.

The attitude of the staff at the hotel. The staff at the hotel need to be more cooperative, welcoming, friendly and should meet guests' needs. I have never stayed in a hotel where: (i) staff refuse to provide just a teabag when requested when it was a few minutes past the breakfast hour!! How much does it cost to give just one teabag to a guest? less than a penny! BTW, the breakfast hour was too short anyway: 8.00 - 10.00 AM; (ii) staff refused to clean the room every day and argued that it would be done if only we stayed in more expensive rooms!! Heaven's sake, never came across a hotel where reception refuses to clean the room in a basic way - e.g. providing toilet paper, making the bed (no need to change the bedsheet), cleaning the floor. In hot weather like this, this is the least that we expect. We came back and found the room was not cleaned. When we asked we were shocked that the staff argued with me saying they only clean every 3 days!! So no toilet paper for guests unless asked for??!! (iii) the refrigerator was about to die! Never came across a refrigerator that was SO hot!!! It was basically radiating heat in the closet where it was roomed. When mentioned this to staff, they insisted that is working at a maximum temperature which was barely cold, we worried that our food will go bad. (iv) the AC in the room worked but not very well: it was quite old and took ages to bring the temperature down to a tolerable level after coming back. It was uncomfortable as the room was quite hot. The bathroom, though nice and big, was like a sauna! We did not get the room that we booked on booking.com; why?? We were given another room which I must say apparently looks fine and big, but with all of the above issues. The staff must loosen up and be nice to guests. At one point, we even felt uncomfortable asking for directions or taxi availability worrying they might say it was not part of the room!

location was pretty far from fethiye city, I didn’t realize it, by Dolmus you need roughly 7-9 min by foot almost 50 min WiFi was trouble most of the times We had electricity problems

Frequent electricity failure . Internet weak signal and frequent disconnections . Room service in general needs improvement.

Breakfast was good overall. However, I had breakfast quite late in the morning (but still in the opening time) and most of the food was not available.

This is a very good stay in Fethiye. The room was nice and overlooked the internal garden. It was quiet and peaceful. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was working without issue. The breakfast is served at a reasonable time and it's quite tasty. The swimming pool is quite big and has good opening hours, so we could enjoy it in the afternoon. There is also good choices of restaurants close to the hotel. This is probably one of the best hotels we stayed in our trip to Turkey.

It's hard to find something not to like. They tell you they have parking but it is free on the street. However it's an area with plenty of parking space and even in high season I had no problem to find a spot in front of the hotel, so I wouldn't be very concerned about it.

Rotten breakfast

breakfast was ok,owner got me a fried egg made upon request normally they wouldn’t do it .it’s a set menu .staff very miserable .a little smile goes a long way.

The room view, bathroom and space were quite comfort. Also the location wasn't far from downtown and wasn't close to noisy places. The neighborhood was also great, it contains a Hyber market and many coffeeshops/restaurant, that could be reached by walking.

The Hotel staff is the very bad thing that I encountered during the trip. they weren't supportive, we arrived early at the hotel and requested to have early check-in, the receptionist refused and the time for check-in is 3 PM, we were very exhausted so we went sleeping in the reception, in front of the receptionist, after a while we found that the room designated for us was empty and he left us to sleep in the reception just to follow the rules of the check in. We saw that attitude is very rod.
