Everything about our stay was great 👍... House was very modern & clean... Location was good... The kiddos enjoyed the back yard area..

My family and I enjoyed are stay immensely. We hope to stay there again. We appreciated the quite peaceful neighborhood. We were able to rest and recharge.

The property was central to all activities we did. We appreciated that the property was very clean, comfortable, and lovely modern decor.

We took our kids here for spring break, wanting something a bit more spacious outside of the down town area. Easy in, easy out. A 10-15 minute drive away from most attractions including the battleship. Property was clean, well stocked, spacious, and good wifi. It’s located in a older neighborhood that’s just off the street that becomes I-40 as you leave town. We’d stay here again.

The property was beautiful and offered a great place to stay in a safe place but still central to everything Wilmington had to offer. Looking forward to booking our next stay here!

A wonderfully decorated and renovated home. The parking was easy with plenty of room, huge backyard with a privacy fence. Each room offered comfy and clean bedding and beds. 2.5 bathrooms was very convenient. We played games that they offered along with enjoyed the kitchen area the most. Price very fair as well.

We booked this place for a few days in order to get our daughter moved into UNC Wilmington. The location was perfect. We were minutes away from the college but also in a good location to get to places like Wrightsville Beach and downtown Wilmington. The house was clean and just what we needed, we also felt like it was a safe location. The owner was very helpful and responsive and easy to deal with. We will book again when we visit!

The house was even more beautiful in person! The communication with the owner was great he helped out a lot and I truly appreciate him . Most definitely choosing to stay here every time I need a little getaway to Wilmington ❤️

The house was adorable and comfortable. 5-10 minutes from most everything. 15 minutes from Riverwalk. Enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect little place for my family of 4 for a Thanksgiving week. The owner always promptly replied to all of my inquiries and questions from the very beginning. The home has been beautifully renovated inside & out and there is so much attentional to detail in the decor and design. The master bathroom is 5 star hotel standard and the kitchen is amazing for family cooking & bonding. We absolutely loved it!!!! Close to downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville beach. PS. There’s a whole beach volleyball setup w/sand and fire pit setup with furniture in the backyard.

Nicely decorated, comfortable property. Master bath with soaking tub and rain head shower is a very nice touch!

seeing this house online, did not do as much justice as walking inside. It was cozy and warm. The decor was adorable, very well put together. Everything that you needed was right there., for you. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, which in turn, asked for another night. The owners got back to me right away, and told us, no problem, they were happy to do that for us. This is definitely a must if anyone chooses to vacation in Wilmington, North Carolina. I hope that I can stay here again in the future. Thank you so much for opening up your lovely home.

We loved this rental. It was nicely appointed, clean, comfortable and conveniently located (what more could you ask for?). The beds were comfortable, which is always important to me. The living room furniture wasn't as comfortable, but we weren't there to watch TV, so it didn't matter. We really appreciated the host providing some bottled waters in the fridge as well as some toiletry items. Also, LOVED the big bath tub and rain shower in the master bedroom. We would definitely stay here again!

The home was lovely and tastefully renovated and decorated. Should be on HGTV as an example of a super renovation. Two of the 3 bedrooms were good size and the master bedroom was huge. 2 1/2 baths. Quite usable for 3 couples and very spacious for our three adults. The home was well stocked for the most part and the host is working on a manual to help with use of appliances and electronics which is needed. Good communication with host. The home is situated driving distance from the beaches and Downtown Wilmington so a car is definitely necessary. Ample parking

Our stay was very pleasant, there were a total of three couples. I took a survey from Each couple and everyone agrees. 👍 to West the host for doing a great job. Our only concerns was there's only one TV in the Main sitting area, we thought each room should have its own. The chair where the TV was needed to be able to accommodate people that needed back support. With that being said we still think the place deserves 5 stars, and everyone would return for another visit. Ron-Rob.

This was an amazing property; the photos don’t do this location justice. The outside photo that pops up when you input the address into google is not how the house actually looks. That photo made me cautious but the entire house appears to have been renovated and is in a beautiful neighborhood. We were 12min from Wrightsville Beach, and 4 min from major stores which was awesome. We had a baby and a child and they were entertained at the house with the games and volleyball. The host was super responsive and nice. We only encountered minor things but nothing that impacted our stay. If you rent this location with a baby though, i recommend bringing a portable bassinet or something as the crib is actually a pack and play but i learned that from a previous review so we were prepared and were still able to use the pack and play. I would definitely rent this property again. It was very nice.

This was the last summer tournament for my son so instead of getting a hotel we went through VRBO so our family could all stay together. The home is clean and very nicely decorated with everything you need. The owner was so nice and made sure we felt at home. He checked in with us when we arrived and was quick to respond with any questions. We will definitely stay again if we are in Wilmington.

Our family definitely enjoyed 3 nights at this beautiful, newly decorated home 5 miles from Wrightsville beach! The house had very comfortable beds, great kitchen amenities and was extremely clean! We were able to park our boat/trailer on the property as well which was wonderful as Wrightsville beach’s parking logistics are challenged!
