Wir haben ein Upgrade auf eine Suite erhalten, es war alles mega. Service, Zimmer, Strand und ein traumhafter Pool.

Das einzige was man eventuell noch verbessern könnte ist das Frühstück, keine frischen Säfte.

It’s located by Nacpan beach which was beautiful.

The location on Nacpan beach is amazing. The room was large and with a comfortable bed and the shower was great. They offer free sunbeds just across the room for the guests which we enjoyed. Since we left very early in the room, they packed us a sandwich for breakfast and gave us a voucher for the dinner at the restaurant on site.

Breakfast was just ok. In 3 weeks across Philippines, this was the only room in which we found many mosquitos, there is an electric mosquito-killer device but is not very effective. This is disappointing considering the price of the room. The bathroom didn’t have a good smell, which is common across the country but again for the price we would have expected better here. Last, the private taxi service that they offer to/from the airport/El Nido is very expensive compared to the rest of the country, but Palawan was generally overpriced.

Breakfast was good! We liked the chicken tinola. Fried danggit & pusit would have been great addition. It was great that the resort was right next to the shore. We loved the white sand & the quiet location. We enjoyed the beach beds. More shade from the sun needs to be provided though at midday & early afternoon. Housekeeping staff were helpful.

No one answered my calls trying to check in after 5:00. More expensive to book via booking.com & unable to get senior citizen discount. Also couldn’t ask questions via booking.com. Would be good if resort is contactable even after 5:00. Had to negotiate with multiple people at El Nido to find transport to resort. Some wanted to charge exhorbitant prices. Resort need to address transportation side to improve guest experience. We only learned resort offers shared van at cost once we were at the resort. Very bumpy road going to resort. Would have been better without the dogs. There was smell outside our ground level room that seemed to come from septic tank. I hope sewage coming from resort does not pollute the sea. I really hope resort has some form of waste water treatment. Supplies were meager - for the price (we paid about P10k per room per night), I wish there were slippers, cotton buds, razor, maybe after sun lotion. Water in our bathroom drained slowly. I requested late check out but was only granted 30 min extension. Resort could have been more generous given we arrived around 7:30 pm. We got 2 orders of crabs at Sunmai for dinner which both had very little flesh. For the price of the resort & at the restaurant, I expected more meticulous service all throughout. Someone should make sure food being served is appropriate.

Cleanliness

The staffs are charging more for the transfers even a child that can sit on lap. The room prices does not meet your expectations. It’s expensive. Restaurant food are expensive too. The packed meal has some insects on it and the beer tops are rusty.

Staff were doing their best. Nice hotel, some food in the restaurant is good, but a lot is not available.

Sandflies. This is a nightmare and the hotel didn’t have anything to beat that. The nightmare continues even after you move out as it takes weeks to heal.

-very friendly and accomodating staff, they went above and beyond for us during our stay and helped us in the best way that they can!! especially with every question we had for them, they were super nice :) -cleaning service was 10/10, our room was clean and well setup everyday with new sheets and towels! -room service was 10/10, they still served us our hot meals and cold drinks despite the heavy rain. -food was delicious from breakfast to dinner! good variety of foods to select from (even as a vegetarian i really enjoyed everything on the menu) -massage services and staff were amazing too! the aloe vera treatment helped us so much after getting sunburned from completing 3 island hopping tours. -overall, we felt that staff members cared about us and made us feel comfortable at home despite being away from home (montreal, canada). we will miss all of them!!!

Breakfast was lovely, albeit a little limited. Location was perfect for the beach. The staff here were impeccable! Lee Ann in the restaraunt was wonderful, as were Alvin on reception and another lady whose name I didn't manage to catch. They were all so personal and remembered our names. We ended up staying longer due to a storm and they couldn't have been more helpful.

The food is rather limited, if you were staying here for longer than a week, it would get a bit samey. And there are limited options for alternative food.

Staff were exceptionally attentive, arranging transport for us and even offering us a voucher for the resort's restaurant when we were stuck indoors on a rainy day. Room was clean and everything worked well. Had a wonderful, restful break here.

Beautiful ⛱️ beach close to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

A little far from the town, although the hotel staff was always willing to help with transportation.

We loved the location on the beach. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable with everything we needed.

the outside of the hotel was very rundown and looked like it had been infected by termites. It would have been nice in it's day but it needs a major reno, particulary for the price we paid. The restaurant was the same unfortunately. The other downside was the stray mangy dogs that would come into the restaurant. On occasion we witnessed them urinating against poles which was off putting as a place to eat.

Everything - loved the beach, hotel and the delightful staff. I even loved the dogs wandering about.

Everything was almost perfect ! The staff was exceptionally friendly and it feels like home.

If could have been better of the dogs were not allowed to roam around especially in the restaurant. Also, if the prices of the food can be cheaper or the serving size can be bigger.

Not too many options to eat at the restaurant, the food is totally different from the pictures. To do the tours, you need to go and come back from El Nido, there's no tour heading off from the beach. Besides the hotel, there are no options to go to eat and spend the day. Even if the staff was kind, they didn't understand very well English as I was with food poisoning I couldn't eat the options they serve on the restaurant and was trying to ask for something more personalized. Many dogs at the restaurant with you while you're eating

Rooms were good and roomy and clean. Beach is one of the best ever visited. Hotel personel were very helpfull and nice, and helped to organise our trips and tours.

Restaurant is not very good, and has limited options for longer stay. In the location, there aren't many other restaurants available. Nacpan beach area is not having much services available, so if staying longer you should come prepared. Showers were quite bad (probably because area is remoted and not connected to water system).

sea view rooms has really a grate view. the private beach is good. the staff are really friendly and very responsible about your comfort. they help you about whatever you need even its not their service range. Alex was great and helped us very much.

the worst thing about this resort is the location. you are in a beautiful place very far from everything. you should take car and go to the city with a very high rate with 1 hour driving in the worst road that you can imagine to reach to a supermarket or a restaurant except hotels restaurant. food menu and also the breakfast of the resort restaurant are very limited if you stay there 3 days you should eat repetitive foods every day. 9 pm is the last order of bar and restaurant and after that there is nothing to do!!! live music is terrible and the loud sound will bother you in the limited time that you can be in bar and restaurant.
