Wonderful property - we were a smaller group but the house was still perfect for us. It was fully stocked and a lot of cookware

My whole family had a wonderful time. Beautiful home, very spacious. We caught a ton of fish off the dock. We even saw a dolphin in the bay.

Awesome we had two groups of 10 come stay two different weeks. The house was big and very clean and in a very nice area.

23 people met in Texas from all over the country. Some I live with, others I hadn’t seen in over 10 years and we all came together for a great weekend. The locale was great, but the house was perfect. We had 18 people stay in the home and I think we could have fit more (the remaining rented the house across the street). Room size was great, all rooms with their own bath. Living spaces were huge and plentiful. Outside is where it was at. Full outdoor living area with soaking pool, hot tub and a gorgeous view of the water. Got to fish and paddle board right off the dock. Fishing was good, paddle boarding with the dolphins was awesome. It was our first time to Rockport and probably not our last. Thank you Roxana for your prompt responses to me with all the right answers.

Property was breathtaking and communications were excellent!

I took five business clients on a three day trip and we all stayed at this house. It was absolutely perfect in all ways. The house was super clean, everyone had their own bedrooms and bathrooms, and the living area was ideal with two separate TV areas and a large dining table next to the open concept kitchen. I’ll definitely be staying here again in the future.

The house was perfect for our 14 person vacation. House was very clean, like new! Had everything we needed and much more! Will be coming back for sure!

Beautiful home, well furnished. We were hoping it was closer to the beach. There were signs posted everywhere… if you move the chair, it’ll cost you $100; or, if you don’t put it back where you found it, it’ll cost you $50. Everywhere I turned, signs saying I would be charged if I did this or didn’t do that. I couldn’t enjoy the place for fear of doing something that I shouldn’t. The house is truly one of the best that we have spent a summer vacation; but, I would not go back because of the posted cost signs all over the property.

This place was great for our large family. We had plenty of room for everyone inside and out. It was very clean and had all the amenities a group of this size needs. The owners were very friendly and helpful with questions we had during our stay. I highly recommend this place and we would love to come back again.

This house was even bigger than we thought! It was so spacious for our large family vacation! We especially liked the many gathering areas that included 3 family rooms, various level balcony seating, an outdoor kitchen and tv area, beautiful pool and deck seating to watch the amazing sunsets! We made many family memories at this wonderful home!

Large spacious house, clean. Had a great time fishing. Made great memories. Would love to go back. Wish there were a little more shade on the deck and not just underneath by the outside kitchen area. The grill was very dirty and could tell it wasn’t cleaned. Someone left corn cobs inside the grill and the rack on the grill had about 5 inches of crud on them. I wish there were more instructions on how to work the switches for lights and fans. Our lights I guess had timers that we didn’t know and they all keep turning on and off in the middle of the night. That was annoying

The house was big and roomy and had a lot of benefits such as pool and grill and enough space for adults to be comfortable.

We had an incredible time at this rental - it has all you need for all age ranges to have a great time....friends and/or family. Highly recommend for those heading to this area.

Huge home. Lots of space. Beautiful views. Our family enjoyed so much we want to return again. Home was very clean. So much space for our vehicles to park. We enjoyed the pool and Beautiful sunsets. Fishing was awesome caught a few fish. Strongly recommended.

In the past 20 years, our group of 11 senior adults has stayed in many properties around the country. Rarely does the property exceed the expectations of the pictures and description on the website, but this beautiful home sure does!! The house is everything you could want-- it's exceptionally clean, nicely furnished, well-equipped, and very spacious with great outdoor areas. Each couple had its own bedroom and bathroom-- comfortable beds and pillows, quality linens, and lots of super plush, thick towels! The kitchen has top of the line appliances, pots and pans, cooking utensils. and plenty of room for several cooks! The dining table seats 12 comfortably and we all enjoyed being together at the same table for meals, visiting, and playing games. The home is located on Little Bay, so you have privacy and are not looking across a canal at a neighbor, and the best parts of the property are the ample outdoor spaces. We spent most of our time on the decks watching the porpoises, pelicans, laughing gulls, and beautiful sunsets. Some of the men even enjoyed fishing off the deck, and the ladies enjoyed the hot tub. During our stay, Rockport had a cellular tower go down, so we had no TV or internet for most of the week, but that was a city-wide problem and not the fault of our host, Roxana, who was very responsive to all our inquiries throughout the week and kept us fully informed about the outage problem. This home was almost perfect for us... add an elevator and it would have been! Getting our coolers, suitcases, and groceries up the stairs was a bit of a hassle for us old timers, but we managed. All in all, this is a spectacular place for a large group of adults to kick back and enjoy some quality time together! Our group was in full agreement that this was one of the nicest properties that we have ever rented. We celebrated multiple birthdays and this home was perfect. It had everything! Fishing access, easy boat and jet ski access. Outdoor area was perfect for entertaining including gas grill. Hot tub was perfect as was pool. Easy to heat. Ample parking for 5 cars, a golf cart and a jet ski. House was clean and we loved that every room had it's own bathroom. Easy access to HEB and other shopping. Thanks for all the amenities. We will stay again!

The best place to stay in Rockport! We rented this house in February 2023. The weather was perfect - 72-86 F. The house is new, big, clean and well-designed. Perfect for big families or companies. Looots of space for everyone. Lots of privacy. We stayed in the house for a month and had enough of all kinds of supplies. We work online so good internet was important for us and here it was great! Activities in the house - few SUP paddle boards, bicycles, 2 outdoor pools (hot tub with jacuzzi & bigger pool), grill, fishing, outside kitchen, 3 huge decks with outdoor furniture. Location - the house is built on the water so you can see different views everyday and every time of the day - see perfect sunsets and sunrises, different kinds of birds (pelicans, blue herons, ducks, seagulls) and fish. We saw dolphins in Aransas Bay (3 minutes from the house) it was such an exciting moment)). Beautiful beach. Grocery stores, restaurants, local cute shops, modern art gallery and museums - are very close (3-5 min drive). Lots of fresh seafood in this area. The owner - it was a pleasure to deal with Chris and his company, he was very welcoming and friendly, from the very first day to our final day in the house he provided the best service we could expect here. Definitely recommend this house and the provider!

Showed up and property is immaculate! Classy layout, nice furnishings, and really comfortable beds. Hot tub was great and out door kitchen area was very comfortable. Can’t wait to go back!!!

We loved our stay! It was beautiful & lovely! There was a bit of a mishap with the cleaning crew when we first got there, but the homeowner handled it with speed. The house is beautiful and the furnishings are lovely. We would definitely stay again!

This was the easiest and best place we have stayed.

This vacation rental has all amenities as described, good for large groups. The location is convenient with nearby access to lively restaurants and Rockport beach. Our party had a fun weekend stay at this place.
