Great experience!

A wonderful get together with family from Savannah, Denver, the Central Valley and the Bay Area. Plenty of room for ten adults, clean with all the amenities. The property managers, Jeremy and David, were a treat to deal with!!

Perfect house to accommodate 6 people . House is even better than pictures . Jeremy there to help at arrival and communicate as required. Would stay again ,in fact wouldn't even look at another place.

This house is stunning! It’s on a secluded street and private. Beautiful grounds, gorgeous courtyard pool and fabulous interior. The house has all of the amenities you could want, super clean and beautifully decorated. The hot tub is an added treat! - large and comfortable We will definitely be back!

Property was exactly as advertised, with beautiful pool and garden spaces, well outfitted for an enjoyable vacation. The house a perfect setup for an extended group, with separate bed/baths and private entrances inside a private compound. Would love to go back!

The property was even more amazing in person than the pictures. The property managers were a dream to work with. Some warm and welcoming. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and there was so much room to spread out. Will definitely want to book this property again and again! Fantastic!

Great layout and perfect for entertainement. Tastefully decorated in an upscale neighberhood. BUT totally missed the marked on cleaness: two of the bathrooms had serious stains, so were two of the bedsheets. The laudry room was a mess with lint and spider webs. For the price paid and cleaning fee charged ahead of time, this was a total miss!!

Our multi-generation family of adult kids through grandparents very much enjoyed relaxing at the beautiful Villa Carmelita. Floating in the pool, watching football and cooking the turkey was a perfect way to blend vacation with a traditional Thanksgiving day. The layout of the house allowed us plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to spread out and take in the natural beauty surrounding us. We are so grateful for this lovely home away from home. Hope to be back and make this a new tradition!

Went all out to splurge for a 40th and Villa Carmelita did not disappoint. So many details and beautiful decor, and the misters and climate control let us enjoy a particularly hot weekend. Will absolutely be back.

If you're thinking about staying at Villa Carmelita, do not hesitate! This home is wonderful. Private, quiet, open concept with every amenity you could want in PS! I've never seen a kitchen so stocked in a rental before. The house was even more impressive than the pictures. The check-in/out was easy and the home overall was just so beautiful. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of towels (including pool towels), and the house is so big that it never felt crowded at all. There is a large refrigerator/freezer for ice cold drinks, lots of board games for family fun nights, large dining areas for everyone to gather plus covered parking and a private front gate. I would definitely return here...we didn't want to leave! Thank you for the lovely stay.

I can’t say enough nice things about this home and our experience. I planned a getaway for my partners 40th birthday and it took me quite a while to find the right home for this special occasion. The layout of home and the amenities it offers made for a perfectly relaxing and enjoyable time. The pool and pool area, the living spaces, kitchen and just about every element was perfect. This is a very secure property in a quiet neighborhood. With the exception of dinner out one night, we didn’t want or need to leave the property for three full days. Thank you Rick for warm welcome and speedy check-in. I would love to have a reason to come back to Palm Springs for another stay.

I highly recommend this house for any occasion, but it was amazing celebrating 50-year bdays with our girlfriends! Close to everything, fully stocked, responsive and gracious management team and beautiful views inside and out!

The house was perfect! Plenty to do in the area with restaurants and hiking. We did not need to venture far and preferred staying close to home because it was so beautiful.

This place is incredible. So lovely and well maintained. I loved that the location was super convenient to town (by car), <1mi to a great hiking trail and felt very private.

The house was even more impressive than the pictures. The check-in was smooth, the kitchen was well stocked, and the house was breathtaking. The beds were comfy, enough towels, and the house is so big that it never felt crowded at all. There is a jacuzzi, ping-pong table, and of course the big pool in the middle of the house. Jeremy was also kind throughout the whole rental. Don't think about it!

We had a fantastic experience at Villa Carmelita. Perfect blend of togetherness and privacy - pool area is spectacular - kitchen well appointed. Family enjoyed the misters on a hot day poolside. Quick 5 minute drive to downtown and to grocery store.The mattress in the master bedroom might need to be replaced -the sides collapse - and we are small people. Thanks again for a great Easter/Birthday celebration weekend

Mostly happy. Grill didn’t work but swift response by managers with new grill. Master bedroom mattress old and poor quality. Not expected at this level of home. Also , not expecting it to be a celebrity home, Rick said it was absolutely Sonny and Chers former home and next door was their form maids quarters. We passed this on to our guests and had to change stories later when we found out next door was White Gables owned by Clark Gable and Sonny and Chers is 4 blocks away. Why the deception?

Beautiful property - one of the best rentals I’ve stayed in. So many amenities and love the added history as a bonus! Would not recommend for small families due to the bedroom locations, but was perfect for 4 couples ! Highly recommend

This was a very last minute trip out to Palm Springs with friends and family whom we travel with, often! We hit the jackpot! The house was a dream! When we first walked into the foyer and up the stairs we were gobsmacked! We felt like movie stars. To say the kitchen was well stocked is an understatement. The kitchen had every utensil & appliance you could ever need. The living area was huge and very well appointed. Lots of comfy seating, large tv and what a view from the living room. The pool was our hangout!! Warm & lovely especially after 18 holes! The 4 main bedrooms were each a sanctuary. Oh so comfy beds, yummy soft sheets and each with its own bathroom. The BBQ area got lots of use as well as the spa, again especially after a round of golf. I can't say enough about the communication between Jeremy and Rick. Always an immediate answer when messaging prior to and during our stay. We had a little plumbing issue and someone was there withing the hour. Fixed! The property and the grounds were so well taken care of. Even the landscapers, pool guy & pest control were friendly and considerate! I cant say enough about this property ... as you can tell. We cant wait to come back to this special home away from home!!!

We had a fabulous vacation at Villa Carmelita. The property was beautiful and very clean. We loved the way the house wrapped around the pool courtyard and the privacy it provided. The window wall in the living room displayed beautiful views of the mountains. The beds were extremely comfortable and the sheets were incredibly soft. The property managers were very communicative and helpful. We will definitely return!

This house is awesome and perfect for staying with grown kids because 2 of the bedrooms are basically private casitas . The master and the other 2 bedrooms face the pool. We loved the hot tub and ping pong table. The kitchen is fully equipped and though we didn’t use it there is also a grill. We loved the Friendly service from Jeremy . Finally loved that palm Springs is quiet ! By law.

The property was perfect in every way, lots of space for the 7 of us that stayed there. The two front suites were great for some privacy from the main pool area. We ordered most meals in since none of us wanted to leave the house. The views of the mountains are amazing. Beds are comfortable, and plenty of areas to relax and enjoy the stay. 1000% stay again.

This home is located in a beautiful palm Springs neighborhood just about a 5 min drive from downtown. Everything went smoothly and the property is just as gorgeous as advertised. Our hosts Jeremy and Rick made the entire process pain free and I’m so glad we chose this accommodation to celebrate the nuptial send off of one of my dearest friends! Nothing about the house rules or requests by the owners was unreasonable (you know how some AirBBs/vrbos these days basically make you mop, vacuum, do laundry in the entire house, take care of their pets, mow their lawn, etc?) and I recommend any large-ish group of people to stay here. It’s not a place for those who want to “party hard” so if you’re like my group who wanted a more serene, peaceful, subdued getaway—this home is perfect.
