We stayed for a weekend. It was perfect. Had everything we need. The pool was good, all amenities worked, the host was very responsive anytime I messaged him! Would highly recommend this place and would stay again!

Although our stay was short it was comfortable and relaxing. Thank you Sorry I left a bag in the bathroom with my hair stuff.

We were in town for a concert and didn’t want to stay on The Strip. Home was a nice place for old friends to hang by the pool and catch up. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen for breakfasts and dinners. Would stay again.

We were in town for a wedding and stayed a few nights at the house. Quiet neighborhood with a great back yard and pool. Artur was good to deal with. Not too far from the strip and food places. Would stay again.

I met 2 of my siblings and a niece for a Vegas trip. The house was a great respite from the hustle and bustle of downtown Vegas. The weather was a little chilly to get in the pool but it was nice to visit, privately, poolside. We appreciated the good cookware and appliances, as well as the comfy beds, fluffy towels and 2 living rooms. Artur was responsive when we needed anything and very accommodating. Overall, a great time was had by all!

Place was beautiful. Appreciated the fresh flowers left. Too cool to use the pool when there but did enjoy the outdoor space. Was great place to relax after work while in town.

Artur was easy to reach and was very quick to respond with any questions we had or when things were needed. The house was clean and very nice. It could use lamps and rugs to help make it feel more comfortable and homey.

This location was so great for me and my family of adult children. It was super clean, well located for us to get to all the places we wanted to go and plenty of room for all of us, kitchen super loaded also foosball game was really fun; property is bigger than what the pictures shows. Artur was so great to work with he went above and beyond as a host, quick to respond to my messages and checked in to make sure we had what we needed. We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. I definitely will stay here again in our next Vegas trip!!

We loved the place… we love Vegas strip but we also enjoyed close by Red Rocks hikes. The place was perfectly located to access both and relax afterwards. Clean and quiet, spacious and just right!

This house was very comfortable and the kitchen was excellently supplied. The host was quick to answer questions. The location of the house was perfect for our trips to the Strip and Red Rocks. It was a great place for my siblings and I to relax and enjoy each other.

Good location. Host was very responsive. Accommodations were good. By way of feedback, the home has a lot of hard surface flooring, which is nice, but it would feel warmer and more welcoming/comfortable if there were area rugs throughout. We also found ourselves wanting some light in the TV room by the laundry room, but there were no ceiling lights, nor was there a lamp. The pool would be more inviting if it were cleaner. I don't want this feedback to overshadow the fact that we enjoyed our stay and accommodations, and we were especially grateful for the responsiveness of the host.

My family and I visited Las Vegas to take in a few of the sites, experience Vegas and go to the football game at Allegiant Stadium. This location allowed us to easily access all those amenities as well as see another side of Las Vegas besides the main strip. We felt safe, our stay was comfortable for a family of 5 and if we planned another family trip to Vegas, we would definitely stay at this location again!

We loved our stay here! The house is in a convenient location to the strip but tucked away in a nice area for quiet relaxation. There are lots of good restaurants located nearby but not on the strip, which can be a nice break from how busy/expensive the strip can be. The house was perfectly clean and had everything we needed, including some thoughtful amenities like bottled water. The layout is nice with all bedrooms upstairs and 2 different living areas downstairs. The backyard area with the pool was a wonderful place to relax. Artur was easy to communicate with and a fantastic host. I would definitely recommend his place and would stay here again! :)

Visiting LV for a quick (Adele) concert trip. Wanted a place that was not on the busy, crowded, noisy strip. Also wanted to stay together (4 of us) at a place that allowed for individual space. Perfect for our weekend.

Really had a nice time here at Artur's place. Check in was easy and communication was great. Pool was really nice too.

I traveled from Los Angeles to Las Vegas for an interview and to look at places for a possible move. It just so happened to be Labor Day weekend. The area was nice, less than 5 mins from the grocery store, within 15 mins to everything else. Check in was easy. The host was very responsive throughout our entire stay. Home had everything you needed to make a home cooked meal. Kids loved being able to use the pool. Host was even kind enough to let a couple of relatives who lived in Vegas visit for Labor Day. The only reason I am giving a 4 star is because there were a couple lights not working, husband was unable to use ironing board because he said the leg was broken, some dead flies in the pool and dirt at the bottom of pool and a couple dead flies in the kitchen window. Other than that, house was nice, loved that it had two living rooms, ac, and pool to keep the kids occupied. Would book again.

Out of town family gathered here as they arrived for my 21 yr old nephew’s unexpected funeral. It was quiet and the pool was a nice place to sit and visit or be quiet. I liked that we could put our rental car in the garage. Beds were comfortable. Thank you Artur for providing an easy, no nonsense experience
