This unit was clean and comfortable, and served our needs for lodging for a conference at the convention center 2 blocks away. It is very nicely located right behind Three Ships Coffee which was an added bonus for the caffeine addicts among us.

We came to Virginia Beach to spend one day at the beach and one day at the Oceana Air Show. Price and location of our stay for both of our events was great!!

The condo was clean and a great location. Easy walk to the boardwalk or a short drive to the north end of the beach. My only complaint was the lighting. Only one lamp worked in the bedroom. A lightbulb was missing in the living room and the kitchen light was very dim - one day was gloomy and it was really hard to see! Should be an easy fix.

We had a nice time. The property owner was quick always to respond. We had everything we needed and extra with the bikes, enjoyed riding them. Only thing that might help and if minor is a bath mat. We had excellent weekend!

We enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, safe, and quiet. The owner responds to the issues and questions quickly.

The first floor space was perfect for our 4 adult stay. Really enjoyed the location. There are 2 parking spots available in front of the unit as well as a small sitting area just outside the front door. It had everything we needed. However we never could get any of the tvs to work in the home but didn’t spend much time trying. Walking distance to the beach is responsible, we hauled all are beach stuff there and back and survived. Nice coffee shops all around. Tried a new one each morning.

Nice place to stay. Easy to access most things you want to. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of local culture and food. Only complaints were - lighting, bedroom ceiling light out.rest was lamps in most of it and needed to be brighter. Livingroom tv did not work at all. Tv in bunkroom had an apple box hooked to it so it was uselss. Wifi did not work. It was like someone had done a factory reset on the router. Needed more towels only 4 were provided And there was no broom just a dust pan. That being said we came here for the beach so it was good place to sleep and fix food when needed. We didn't come to hang out in the duplex.

Great location for my extended family to stay in during their visit to Virginia Beach! Very close to good food, coffee, and shops around 19th street, and a short walk from the beach. Had a minor issue but the host was very responsive and got it fixed in no time. Highly recommend to others!

Two sets of moms and daughters. Quaint cottage/bungalow style. Close to the beach and stores. Easy access to major highways. Easy parking. Enjoy!

Everything was great! The place was clean, cute, and cozy. It was exactly as wanted/needed. I had a few questions before we got there and communication was excellent. I would stay there again for sure.

A perfect walking distance from everything! Set away from the busy main strip but everything was really accessable. Owner was always responsive and the place was perfect. Thanks!

Super clean with plenty of space for my family of 4 adults. Just one thing - the TV remote in the main space wasn't the right remote for that TV. And the purpose of the night was to watch COLLEGE FOOTBALL! Unless my nerdy husband didn't have all kinds of electronics gadgets we would not have been able to watch THE GAMES. This is kind of a big deal. Also, check time is 4pm. At 3:50pm I asked for the code. Nothing. Finally got the code at 4:15. I realize that's only 15 minutes past check in time, but my family missed an entire 15 minutes + the extra time to set up the tv with the wrong remote to watch CFP. I don't understand why the access code wasn't provided on time.

Great location, cute apartment, but considering how much we paid. None of the tvs worked, on a football weekend and the bedroom light was out. Contacted about both issues with no response or care to improving our stay. We did enjoy our time despite those issues. If you choose to stay here I suggest you connect your phone to the tv if you want to use it.

We had a wonderful time in Virginia Beach and was happy the house wasn’t a far walk to the shops, restaurants and the boardwalk. Would suggest having extra trash bags for the kitchen trash and having detailed instructions on how to use the TVs in each room. We only were able to get the main bedroom TV to work. Great place and wonderful location.

The Vibe District is the perfect location—close to eating spots and the beach. The unit also provided a few games, books, and toys which was nice. The kitchen needs a couple of serving/salad bowls and a liquid measuring cup. We usually eat breakfast in. I think the owners policy is to not give the key code til later in the day of arrival. It made me a little nervous not knowing the arrival info. We enjoyed the unit and it met our needs.

Loved the location, six blocks from the beach and a great coffee shop and bakery literally in the backyard!! Clean place, and nice sized kitchen. LOVE the VIBE district! Would definitely stay here again ✌️😊

The property was exactly as described. It is small but comfortable for the 4 of us. The beds aren't great and the living room furniture isn't for lounging around but it was adequate for the 2 nights we stayed. The bathroom is super small with a nice shower but don't forget your toiletries. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint and is a short walk to restaurants and the beach. The beach in this area is busy! It's packed with lots of people and families on summer vacation. We drove further north for a more quiet, relaxing day at the beach. Lots to explore in this area. The price of this unit seemed in line for what you got. Checkin was easy. Communication with the host was good. We'd stay again if ever in the area.

The apartment is in a good location. A short walk to lots of coffee shops, restaurants, stores, and the beach. Saturday morning there was a flea market and farmers market right outside the door! The downside of the apartment was the cleanliness. The pull out trundle bed under the “couch” had dead bugs, hair, sand, and dirt all over it. The floors through out the apartment were filthy and sticky especially in the bedrooms. The sponges left in the sink to clean dishes were black and smelt terrible. The broom was broken and there were not cleaning supplies left. We had to go out to the store to buy supplies to clean. Although we loved the location we would not return due to the amount of cleaning we had to do at check-in. The microwave did not work and the televisions in the bedroom were not hooked up to anything.

Place was perfect location and plenty of room!! I would highly recommend this HOME!

I had a wonderful time at this location. 10mins walk to the beach and it’s located in a nice neighborhood. Definitely would stay again.
