location near worthing, property was clean and well cared for.

There is no heating, so it was rather cold when we arrived, the oil filled radiator and fan heater did warm the place up, it would have been nice if they were on before we arrived to make it warm and welcoming

Nice apartment and location. TV had Netflix, YouTube and iPlayer

Only BBC channels were working live. . Had to use my laptop for any other channels. Apartment was cold because of bare floors and inadequate heating and being in the loft is colder, and heating was medium size oil filled radiator, and a fan heater, which are noisy anyway, and had to be on a lot as radiator did not heat up room sufficiently. A bit draughty next to washing machine as there was a big gap so had to block it with newspaper as it was a studio flat so you couldn't shut a door.

The location and it was clean and tidy.

Unfortunately I think we booked at the wrong time of year as the flat was cold. It needs a more adequate form of heating rather than one small oil-filled radiator and a fan heater. Storage heaters might be a good idea and certainly something in the bathroom, as it was like an ice-box.

Bath was very small and no stand up shower but minor. Loved the flat

Silent nearby area. Room is renovated, well maintained. All necessary equipment was there like iron, hair dryer. The owner left bread, butter, milk, coffee and tea which is very nice of him. The advantage is the possibility of arriving at any time you want, you don't have to make an appointment for a specific hour.

Famous two taps by the washbasin. But it's probably an English tradition :).

Loved the location and the facilities. The beach is a short walk away. Everything I needed was there including towels, hairdryer and milk and for the all important tea and toast.

I'm not young and there were steps, and stairs but it's a loft, there obviously will be.

the owner had provided a welcome pack of foodstuffs which was very kind.

bathroom door lock needs replacing/fixing as it does not stay shut.

Great location, free on road parking. Felt like home from home.

Easy to find and very close to the sea

the property was small and cosy! The interior was designed very well and modern. The addition of a little balancing was lovely to walk out and smell the sea breeze!

Nothing not to like about the property! perhaps if possible an extra socket or two would be nice!

The decor. The facilities. There is a Toby Carvery in walking distance and lots of shops. Everything was exceptional and the host went above and beyond. Look forward to visiting again
