Dirty unclean sheets garbage in the rooms no air

That they let my dog stay there however it cost $30 extra a night.

They had no t.v working the rooms were not clean at all. The first room I went to had not even been cleaned whatsoever. There a poop in the toilet. The fridge had old smelly food in it. And don't get me started on the outside. It used to look cute with lights on all the trees and well groomed . Now it looks like a abandoned building from the outside. And a lot of bees.

There wasn’t any breakfast and the location was fine.

Dirty carpet, roach crawling on the wall, dirty couch in room, no hand receiver cord on phone, rusty tub, no cable, asked to bring down own trash and bed linen upon check out.

said it had cable but there was no cable

Room 1116 only the lamp lights worked. No bathroom light only the one with the timer worked. No cable or basic channels on tv. Left over items in the refrigerator. left over melted ice in the ice bucket. candy wrappers behind bed and table. TERRIBLE but it was to late to book anywhere else otherwise I would have left.

the bath tub held water when we showered Also the television did not work the whole time we was there it was some type of weird looking bug on the side of the bed the first night I was there also it has a musty smell to the room and I opened up the drawer and cigarette ashes was threw out it and I don’t smoke the carpet needs to be cleaned or removed so many stains on it I was in room 409 the elevator always stopped on the third floor when we went up and nobody was ever got on the lobby of the hotel was beautiful so I thought ok this is going to be good experience I felt like I was the only one In the entire hotel that’s how empty it was but it was quite I never seen a house keeper my entire stay

this was my worst experience in a hotel.. poor customer service. dirty bed sheets.. dirty towels room was the worst I have ever seen

nothing.. it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at
