High quality ocean-front home. We were pleased with the accommodations. The host was so helpful and pleasant to work with. We were able to let her know of any problems we encountered, and she was on the stop to reply.

We've stayed at many VRBOs and this one was our favorite! Lots of space, comfy beds, equipped with everything(lots of beach supplies and towels so don't over pack beach stuff) and best of all the pool, hot tub, fire pits and the outdoor living space. The view is fantastic! Kids surfed all day(took lessons from Rich Best), used the pool, hot tub, fire pits, enjoyed the views, went to Coconuts, ordered in pizza one night from Mangia & Bezi and saw a launch! Thank you for making our family trip and memorable one. We'll be back!

Great location and amenities

The house was well-maintained and exceeded our expectations. From the personalized welcome note and snack basket to the stocked fridge with sodas and water and helpful communications before and during our stay. Everything we needed was provided, including hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, plenty of toilet paper, fresh towel sets (for bath and pool), basic spices, and fully stocked kitchen supplies. The TVs are large and had no technical issues, the beds are super comfy, and the best part is the panoramic beach views from the living and dining room. There are 2 large sofas, and the layout works perfectly for large groups to have privacy and their own bathrooms. The pool is in the front of the house, where it’s less windy and warmer in the afternoon, and the hot tub was a nice spot to relax. There is a closet with plenty of outdoor activities and a wide range of board and card games for our group to play after dark. We took advantage of the boogie boards, ping pong, and poker table. The location is close enough to all the action (about a 15-minute walk) but just far enough away to feel quiet and uncrowded. We had 2 cars, and it was a pretty tight squeeze in the driveway. I recommend backing in so it's easier to get out with the gate since you must open/close when leaving and exiting on a busy street. Overall we would highly recommend and are already planning a return back next year!

This house was perfect for a family gathering with lots to do for everyone! The beach as a back yard, pool and hot tub as well as rec room full of fun diversions gave everyone something to do. The space was plentiful and the host very responsive throughout our stay.

Great house and location. Pool and hottub. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Homeowner supplied so much- bikes, spikeball, pool table and pingpong- amenities galore. I texted the owner with questions and she got back to me right away- amazing. I have stayed a lot of places and this one gave you sooooo much. Thank you Michelle!

This beach house has it all! We comfortably stayed for a weekend with family members ages infant to 72 under one roof and enjoyed all of the amenities and thoughtful touches this home has to offer. The beach, pool, fire pit and hot tub were the big hits but there are also several games, outdoor sport equipment, beach supplies, and a game room/ theater to chill and relax after a day in the sun. The hostess was very responsive and friendly. Everything in the home is organized and labeled so there is nothing left questioned. We would recommend this place to any and all. Our three generations loved every minute at this well stocked and lovely location. Having a quiet beach directly behind this home made everyone happy! Highly recommend this property for families.

the house was amazing! So close to the beach, private pool, hot tub, the rooms were amazing and so well kept up. Lots of furnishing with snacks and a welcome sign when we walked in, toiletries, beach equipment, games, coffee everything was amazing! We would stay here again and again!

Everything could not have been better. Gorgeous beach. The Great Room was so awesome with incomparable views. We will be back!

House was in excellent condition, well stocked kitchen, pantry, and bathrooms. Hostess provided a snack basket and beverages. A lot of living areas to spread out. Convenient location to restaurants, shops, and grocery store. Pool was clean and maintained, lots of pool and beach toys and equipment available. Beach was an easy walk. Provided baby gates for toddlers. Hostess quickly responded to questions. Would rent this property again

We stayed for 5 nights over spring break and had a great time! House was plenty big with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. From sand toys to surf boards and chairs to a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, pots and pans and even reusable yeti like glasses we didn’t need to bring much! Rooms and bathrooms are large and having the pool and beach was a bonus! We would stay again!

The accommodations were as advertised. The supply of sports and game equipment were more then we ever had time to enjoy. The pool, hot tub, and beach were everything we could have wanted in our family get-together. No one was bored and everyone had a great time!

This is our new favorite vacation house and beach!! The house is beautiful and has everything you need and more and more than ever expected. Michelle the host is amazing and recommended great restaurants and seafood market! We visited Kennedy Space Center which is a must for adults and kids. We also were able to see 2 rocket launches during the week from the house/beach. I could go on for ever that we loved it!!!! We can’t wait to return and return and return!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Michelle's VRBO in Cocoa Beach. The location was fantastic, great access to an area of the beach that was less occupied. The house was great, it fit all of our needs. We used every square inch of it with our 17 guests. Michelle was extremely helpful with all of her recommendations for our stay. She recommended a professional photographer, private chef, fitness center, bakery for a custom birthday cake and a bicycle rental shop. Everyone of them were PERFECT! Thank you for an amazing stay in Cocoa Beach!

Everything we could have hoped for in a vacay property. We’d love to stay again!

We had a great week’s vacation with the whole family. The house and host were superb! We had a couple questions and they were responded to and taken care of within that day. The house was very clean and the best location you could want. Very quiet area. Coffee shops, and restaurants within walking distance from beach and sidewalk. Grocery store within 2 miles. Very safe feeling area. Loved the beach! Pool! And hot tub! Plenty of shade around the yard and by the pool. Loved everything about the house can’t say enough good things! We would love to come back sometime. Thank you Michelle for everything🥰

We have stayed at this beautiful property for 3 days with some family and friends. It was absolutely amazing! The communication with the property manager was very easy. We felt like even though the pool was heated it was a little cold to us, I sent a message and within a few minutes I have already received a message saying that the pool temperature was adjusted. We all loved this cosy house, it is as you see on the pictures. The location is fantastic too! The house was clean, even some snacks and wine was left for us with a nice note. I would definitely recommend this beautiful property with a great property manager ( Samantha and Michelle). We can’t wait to come back!

We had the opportunity to stay at this home Oct 2022 and it is quite literally the perfect beach home. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 5 kids (ages 2-8) so having both the beach and private pool made it easy to go back and forth all day long without much thought or effort. The house is stocked with any beach thing you may need (chairs, toys, umbrella, cooler, and more) which was so nice not to have to buy any of this for a few day vacation. The host has thought of everything you could ever need while staying there. The furnishings top to bottom are all new, clean, and high end. The linens are soft and you’re given enough extra of everything to avoid daily washing. Each room has its own updated bathroom, so it’s great that everyone has their own space to get ready. The kitchen is stocked with anything you may need for cooking or grilling, including kids plastic ware and to-go cups and water bottles for the beach! The kids loved the garage bonus room to watch movies, play ping pong, and board games - plus it’s far enough away from the bedrooms they can wake up early and not be heard by anyone else sleeping. We had a few minor things we needed help with and the host responded and resolved our issues immediately, she even checked in the next day to make sure everything was perfect. We had a wonderful stay here and will be back again!

Beautiful place, everything was as stated. Owners thought of everything with plenty of toys to keep 8 adults busy and happy. Accommodations were over the top!

I almost hate to write this review because it was such a phenomenal experience that more people will want stay here!! 😁 The property owners/manager have thought about every need you may have! The extras for their guests are very useful. Every age of person in our party had a great experience ! I could go on and on but you see where I’m going with this. You will not be disappointed…except when you go to book it and it could be full. I can’t wait to go back!!! Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!! For helping our family make such incredible memories!! 💚
