It had a big bed. the manager would respond fairly quickly on WhatsApp. The Wi-Fi was ok. They have a large kettle.

The heating system and the hot water in the bath did not work until I called the manager several times and the property manager kept on saying he will come but never did. The place and the cutlery was not very clean. There were many buttons on the wall, that was too complicated to know which was which. We had to get the key from a key box by the door and the manager gave us the passcode, however we couldn’t find out which room it was. Since we didn’t have Wi-Fi before getting in the room, we had to ask a neighbour to identify the room. It was very difficult.

Apartment looked as if nothing had been done to it since it was built (60s?). Front security door didn't lock. Flat door flimsy with peeling varnish. Ancient wood chip wallpaper, stained ceiling, grim bathroom with mouldy grout and stained toilet seat, living area with stained blinds, cheap carpet and even cheaper tiny and uncomfortable sofa. Frequent noise from apartment below. Overfull 'ashtray' on balcony (of a non-smoking block). Had our daughter not just been rushed into hospital nearby we would have left soon after arrival but didn't have time or inclination to look elsewhere. Final straw was noticing some red stains on carpet which looked like blood drops, so we left early and did not want to complete our stay. When we complained to the host we were told the blood must have come from us!! How this apartment could ever have received a positive review is incomprehensible, and I am surprised that Booking.com allows it on its website. AVOID this dreadful place.

proximity to the hospital where our relative was an in-patient. a whole 1 bedroom flat with a balcony. clean and functional.

it does need updating but this is a minor thing.

property was clean and spacious. access to parking at the back. close to general hospital for work purposes

there was no microwave but the manager dropped one later on in the evening. could not find how to operate the shower as it’s not obvious but was shown how to use it eventually. would be good to let people know from the get go for the shower

Having just stayed the weekend at Stella Court, I really don't think you should recommend this place. It was incredibly dirty, so much so that I didn't use their crockery or cooker. it smelled of smoke which affected my asthma. They gave us two pillows between three guests and only one bowl. Also, only a single duvet for a double bed. I ended up going out and buying my own things to use as I felt disgusted using theirs. Even the sofa wasn't suitable to sit on and we had to sit on the floor. It also didn't state it was up three flights of stairs, which again wasn't suitable with my asthma. The whole place just looked like a dump a d certainly not worth the price I paid. Due to this, I would be highly unlikely to use booking.com again and I will not be recommending your company either!!
