Our vacation was perfect, once we got there I sent Louise a text letting her know we were there and loved the place, she actually called to welcome us, such a nice lady. Location: Perfect, great view of the ocean, walking distance to Captain Dave’s, Pompano Joes and don’t overlook Kenny D’s a nice casual restaurant and bar, we walked their one afternoon with our two dogs and had a nice dinner outside. The room 2210 would be hard to beat of all the rooms in my opinion, great view, close to the elevator but not too close and my wife was bragging on how the furniture etc was updated compared to others we have stayed at, for my wife to say that trust me it’s nice. For you geek men and kids, the WiFi has 500 Meg download, what! I’ve never had that anywhere traveling. PETS, they should add Pet Resort the the location, so many people had there pets and everyone we met were pet lovers as we are, when we were unloading we met a couple and this was there 3rd time staying here and the main reason was the location and pets. Honestly I can’t say enough about the place, we will be back for sure!

This is our second time staying here and we just loved it. The space is very cozy, welcoming, and has everything we need. You cannot beat the view, the short walk to the beach, the amenities on site, and that it is dog friendly. Thank you to Louise for being a terrific hostess! We hope to stay again next year!

The only problem we had is that we couldn't stay longer. This place was fabulous, from check-in until the time we left. Location and view were superb. It was stocked with everything we needed, plus extras that made it even more accomodating. Louise was fabulous to work with, and was available if anything was needed ( but we did not run into any problems). We would definitely recommend Casa Blanca, and we will be back for sure.

Had a wonderful time! The condo was within walking to beach a couple of restaurants and bars. We really liked that this area's building's were not high rises. They all looked maybe 4 stories at most. There is a road between you and the beach, but it didn't effect the beautiful view from the deck/porch. Sunrise to your left and sunset to your right, just beautiful. Everything was clean with a well stocked kitchen. We will definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time at Maravilla! The weather was rough the first day, and Louise made sure to check on us, making sure we were ok and had everything we needed. This unit is just as described and Louise is extremely attentive and a great host! Cleanliness and attention to detail has been an issue for me in rentals since the pandemic, but not here! It was obviously a priority and I appreciated that. The condo is very well equipped, has a gorgeous view and super comfortable!! Louise cares about her guests and it shows! I have stayed at Maravilla many times, and this unit was definitely one of the best all around. Highly recommend and I hope to stay there again sometime. perfect location for us, our friends and the dog. great location across from the beach and easy access to favorite places to eat and shop. balcony was wonderful spot to enjoy the sunsets and people-watch. we are coming back for sure!

Our condo had a direct view of the ocean and the pool. The condo was just as listed and was very inviting. My wife and I throughly enjoyed our time and would book it again in a second.

We hit the jackpot when we found this little jewel of a condo! Perfect location, view, comfort, and a wonderful host, Louise! The condo was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The Unit had recently been remodeled and decorated…that was certainly a nice perk. Loved having a balcony that faced the Gulf. Somehow our morning cup of coffee tasted so much better while looking at that blue water! Sunrises and sunsets were beautiful! But the very best part of our stay was that it was pet friendly!! We don’t like leaving our little girl at home! The 2nd floor location of the condo was convenient to the elevators and to the walkway to the beach. The complimentary beach chair setup was a big plus! We definitely would return and stay here again! Thank you, Louise, for being the best host!

This unit was impeccably, clean with lots of great natural light, and a beautiful view of the ocean. Louise was an amazing host!

The first thing my wife and daughter said was "It's so clean!" It is comfortably decorated. The view is incredible. Loved eating breakfast on the patio. It over looks the pool. It's a short walk downstairs to the pool which is very well maintained. Pool furniture is in great shape, not worn. Restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores were within five to ten minutes away. There is only one small closet and one chest of drawers in the master bedroom. There is a two drawer bedside table in the second bedroom. So don't overpack. The kitchen had all the accessories we needed. Parking was abundant. There were a good number of luggage carts available for moving in or out.

The Maravilla resort at Miramar beach was terrific! It was clean, convenient to restaurants, included beach setups (chairs and umbrella) and was pet friendly- checked all of our boxes!

We had a spectacular stay! The condo was very nice and clean. The kitchen was perfectly equipped. I also enjoyed the little sets of shampoo/conditioner and the scented soaps. Best of all, my dogs got to come along for the stay. We enjoyed great views of the ocean everyday and slept comfortably every night! I highly recommend this unit and will definitely be back!

Very clean and the bed was super comfy. Beautiful views and beach service was great. We didn't even have to drive anywhere we just walked to go eat.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Blanca - The easy access to the beach, the pools, and the view (wow!) made our trip a dream and hard to leave! The king bed was extremely comfortable, the couch and living area was very cozy for us, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was fun to see the whole complex was pet-friendly with lots of folks out walking their pups (and a cat!) during our stay. Our dogs really enjoyed laying in the sunshine on the balcony. Louise, the host, was very easy to communicate with and helped us right away when we had trouble finding a parking pass upon check-in. We hope to stay here again in the future - thank you, Louise!

Louise is quick to respond (even on a holiday) and she promptly resolves any issues that you may have! The condo is well maintained, clean, and in an very pet friendly resort on the second level with a direct ocean view and walking path view. This was our first time taking our puppy on vacation and he was constantly enthralled with people/dog watching. We will definitely be back!

I picked this condo because it had my top three criteria for Miramar Beach: beach front view, pet friendly, and pickle ball courts. The unit was perfect and the host, Louise, was super responsive. Other items that made this unit great were its location, heated pool, hot tub, the luggage carts to easily unpack and unpack car, the chair and umbrella service included in rental (make sure to tip the chair staff), additional beach chairs and beach towels in unit, comfortable beds, and the many other updates to the unit. What also worked well, is after we had booked unit, we had two additional families join us by booking two other units in Maravilla. This allowed us to easily spend time together and also have privacy when needed. I preferred this option over the hassle of renting a big house and coordinating with multiple parties.

We loved everything about this vacation rental through VRBO! The location is phenomenal! The rental itself is updated, and stunning inside with everything you need to have a fabulous vacation! Louise the owner is so easy to communicate with and gets back to you immediately if needed! We will definitely be back!!!

We had an amazing stay at our condo overlooking the ocean, beach, running/biking path and pool. Condo is bright and airy and living area fully open to the view. View of sunrise is good and sunset great from the balcony. Kitchen is well-equipped. Host, Louise, is very responsive. Overall, a great stay.

Condo was comfortable, lovely, has an amazing view and Louise is an amazing responsive and friendly Host. I will definitely stay here again! SUCH a treat to be able to bring my dog. The condo was as described. Owner was helpful with questions we had upon arrival. The King bed in the master suite was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The resort is large thus their private beach area was very crowded. Having complimentary beach service is a real plus.

Wonderful clean pet friendly condo. Master bedroom has a very comfy memory foam king bed. Location is convenient to the pool and walkway to the beach. Only .5 miles from pompano joes. Our pup definitely enjoyed being able to be on the balcony and not have to be restrained since it is on the 2nd floor. Perfect location to be able to watch the water as well as all the friendly faces walking the scenic HWY. Only problem we had was the couch was a sleeper sofa and was very uncomfortable to sit and watch TV in the evenings. Thank you Marti for allowing us to celebrate our first wedding anniversary in your beautiful condo!
