Close to all levels of hiking trails, dining and groceries. Quiet neighborhood in beautiful surroundings.

The house was clean and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had everything needed. There were a few small issues that need addressing - the kitchen floor, one bedroom's shutters and shower control, and the basement bedroom's temperature control. Check-in and out were easy. The information board at the front door was helpful and easy to use.

No air conditioning in top floor master bedroom suite. We bought a portable air conditioner. Door handle in bottom floor exterior door, was not attached to door. No garage opener so we bought one and programmed it to work. Two bedrooms on middle floor need carpets shampoo. I stayed on bottom floor with my dog so I could let him out on the grass at night and no carpet meant if there was an accident, it was easy to clean up. We loved the hot tub and the shaded grassy area. Lots of steps for this 3 story house. Dogs barking at Humane society behind us was no problem. Only twice a day or so and muted by the fence. Yard was fenced so my dog had a great area to roam.

The house was perfect for our family of 7! Location was amazing. The house was in need of some repairs and thorough cleaning but the management company was responsive and willing to come out to make it right. Overall, we had a great time and would stay here again.

Home was beautiful but Humane Society located behind the property made it difficult to enjoy the hot tub or just sitting outside. Dogs barking day and night! If you don’t plan on using the backyard or having your windows open then this home was great.

Over first impressions great. Property is updated in kitchen bedrooms and living area. Bathrooms need improvement. Many bug issues, black flies in bathrooms, wall paper peeling, cleanliness. Overall 3.5 stars. Fix bathrooms then 5stars

What a wonderful family get away! Home was beautiful and extremely clean! Hasn’t been a VRBO for very long so there were a few things missing, but nothing major. We have made those suggestions to the property manager. Neighbors were friendly when we were out walking! Beautiful trails nearby.! Yard is fabulous, our dogs especially loved roaming. Slight downfall backs up to Humane Society so could hear dogs barking occasionally. Would rent again and would highly recommend to others. The fenced yard is fabulous, home clean and management easy to contact and work with.

The house was clean, well stocked and spacious for our family with adult children. All of the bedrooms were comfortable and had their own bathrooms. Highly recommend the house.

We recently stayed at this property where I brought my parents and children (both under the age of 7). The house is situated a bit past the Little America hotel and in a small section of neighborhood called Sinagua Heights. The backyard backs in the Humane Society, which is great to watch the volunteers come out to work with the dogs there but also the forest. We went for walks around the neighborhood and the neighbors were all really nice. It's also pretty close to downtown Flagstaff. The house itself was very clean and if you're bringing kids, they'll love the basement that is geared for children. There are numerous games and activities to entertain kids. In particular, they loved the backyard. We all did. It was nicely landscaped, and it's large and enjoyable for children. They loved the house and did not want to go back. The first night we got there, we noticed the a/c wasn't working. While we were a bit frustrated, the Property Mgmt company sent someone as soon as they could, which was, thankfully, the next day. This is a significant accomplishment for fast service in the summer when it's hard to find people to fix the a/c. The only thing that I would improve on is that, often times, the internet would go down. It's my understanding; however, that this is common for the area. All in all, it was a great stay. We were sad to leave.
