Location is very Bad Hotel Lobby is Extremely HOT, we were sweating Hotel is Very OLD & dirty!! Swimming pool not clean. Bathroom smells very bad & the smell comes out even if you keep the door closed, your room is smelly too Bathroom is dirty, broken, very old & there is hair & dirt in the edges There's No hot water for showering No slippers, lotion... In the room. House keeping is coming to your when you're not in your room even if you didn't ask them to clean your room Room are not same as the pictures

I only like the place because it's very peaceful.

Children's pool is very rough which caused my daughter's wound on her feet. Not recommendable hotel. Very disappointed.

Nothing can be liked about the hotel. Pathetic

AC is too old and not cooling. No breakfast is available when you book with breakfast. I stayed for 4 nights and only once I was able to get toasts and eggs otherwise everytime either the eggs are finished or the bread is finished. Internet was not working in the rooms and to connect the hotel internet we had to go to the lobby. Complained the reception twice everyday to kindly check on the internet and AC but nothing doing. Also complained about the shortage of breakfast still a deaf ear. I have been travelling for the last 20 years and undoubtedly the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Not recommended.......pathetic hotel

There was an issue with plumbing . They didn't clear it. We were there 2 nights. I'm not happy with the dealing ...

Room. Toilet smelly. Balcony no light. No hairdryer.

Internet doesnt work properly in rooms. Also staff at reception doesnt have basic mathematical knowledge. I asked them how they can charge service tax on room rent plus vat. It should be on room rent only. But staff started shouting when I asked just to correct the calculation. I backed off as because it was just a difference of few Bahts, but unprofessional behaviour will stay long in my mind.
