Everything Spotless clean Friendly host Air conditioning excellent Wifi Excellent Kitchen and shared facilities are excellent and spotlessly clean. Drinking water Beautiful shared terrace and private balcony. Excellent area restaurants and shops. Highly recommend after 6 months travelling in India this was the best property.

Loved everything

The place is nice and the woman is very welcoming. The room is little with little balcony but comfortable. Location is nice. Walkable everywhere that is interesting. She did our laundry for an extra charge and the clothes were ready snd clean for the end of the day

When we booked on booking there was not option with Ac but when we arrived that was incredible hot she told us that we could have AC for 300rupees per night. This is not correct and way too expensive to have some ac in the room but we needed. A lot of ants in the bathroom and few in the rooms. No hot water

Alles was goed: ruime kamer, gezelige gemeenschappelijke ruimte, overal superschoon. En een heel vriendelijke gastvrouw. Op loopafstand van alle bezienswaargigheden in Fort Kochi.

good ac, ok location, very clean, balcony

Falsely advertised that each room had a refrigerator see main description, individual room description and when select refrigerator as an option shows this property, it's not true it's just a basic standard serviceable small room with no bedside table. Sure we were given a lesser room than what we paid for. Woken up at just after 5 thirty am every day by local call to prayer, ok if you're a heavy sleeper. Wifi very flakey on second floor.

Расположение. Комнаты небольшие но очень комфортные. Даже кондиционер есть. Балкон. Все чисто идеально. Помогли со всеми экскурсиями и вопросами. Очень теплое отношение. Прям забота. И чувствуется доброта и искренность. Мне очень понравилась энергетика владельцев. Говорю еще раз спасибо за комнату и заботу)

Cooking facility available. Location is near by to beach.

Amenities wise it was poor. Needed to ask them to clean the rooms each time. Wifi speed was not upto mark. No television in common area also.
