It was amazingly clean. We checked in late. 24 hour coffee was awesome to make us feel relaxed. Staff was very friendly and professional.

Had to clean the toilet myself after checking in. Old urine all over it. Bed sheets were dirty and found 4 hairs in the sheets. Killed a kissing bug and another bug in the room.

Room was extremely small, no closet no space to put luggage or clothes. Bathroom unacceptable. (Looked like they patched the wall in 2 places and never cleaned drops of mud, sanded area and didn’t finish the job) Horrible noise- every door in hallway could be heard all night. Flushing of toilet was crazy loud. If you needed extra towels or linens guest was required to pickup front front desk. $30 early checkin fee (even for 5 minutes was required) DO NOT STAY HERE. You will regret it!

Massive 5G Antenna array 30 feet away from the property. I checked in at night well disguised as a Pine Tree, or i would have never checked in. Do your own research and confirm this is a huge NO NO close proximity people and pets. Loud guests pacing on the second floor. Very rude staff. Coffee machine disgusting and so was the breakfast. I did not use the pool so can't comment about that. The Best Western Plus next to this dump is a far better option and the City of Williams has numerous Hotels far better than this at lower prices.

Well located for Grand Canyon visit. Great value. Simple but everything you might need is available. Could improve welcoming at the desk, staff a bit cold. all the rest was nice.

Well, google maps did not take us to the exact location of the hotel. We drove past it into the downtown so be aware of that. Receptionist was alright. They do not provide complementary waters. Place was pretty clean. They have a pool and a hot tub. Room service did not clean our room even though we asked for it. I don’t know why did that happen. The downtown is really cute with small shops. Lots of options for food and ice cream.

It was an excellent stay . Nice breakkfast. All facilities are excellently clean. Receptionist and employees are friendly and courteous. Wish there are more inns/ motels like this in hotels.com

No elevators. 2nd floor is not handicap accessible, and problematic for anyone with a physical condition that prevents yyou from carrying suitcases, coolers, etc. Up a flight of stairs.

The room was nice, business suite I believe. Plenty of room for 4 and our dog. Requested early check-in, got there early and then received notification that wasn’t available, waited for about 45 minutes for them to finish cleaning it. Overall, nice place to stay.

Simple but comfortable beds. I should have look or read that it DIDNT have an elevator.

I was super delighted with our checkin. The host was very nice and professional. The pool and hot tub were very clean and the cleaning crew were very polite. The breakfast was pretty typical. Overall, we had a fantastic time!

Air Conditioner was LOUD. Tried to get a new remote for TV was told maintenance comes in the morning.

Lesly and Eli dud an amaxing job of accomodating us in a difficult situation. We were placed on the second floor and the building does not have an elevator. My husband is disabled and cannot do stairs. They were sold out on the 1st floor but found a way to help us.

Very nice little hotel right before Downtown Williams. Our room was great but the air filter was pretty dirty and gave us bad morning allergies and irritation. Other than that I loved the location as you can walk to downtown route 66 Williams. Will be coming back in the future.

Kids loved the indoor pool, the free breakfast was great, super friendly staff, room was very clean and nice, beds were comfortable

We were given a 2nd floor room and there were no elevators available in addtion the air conditioner was so noisy we couldn't use it. As senior citizens, theses factors made our stay less than ideal.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, nice hot breakfast and nice pool and hot tub. No complaints besides a loud ac unit but that’s no big deal

The Days Inn in Williams, AZ was nice. The staff was generally attentive and helpful. The room had a modern feel and was comfortable. There was a simple, but adequate breakfast every morning. The hotel is located just outside of downtown Williams and worked out very well for us. I would stay at hotel again, but there were two issues that needs to be addressed and have not been by management as of this writing. A week after our stay, I still have not heard back from them. We were in town for a three night stay. We reserved a King Room with a hot tub. It was also supposed to include a safe. Once we reached our room, we noticed there was no safe in the room. The room details available on the booking site said a safe was included. The woman who checked us in also confirmed there should be a safe. She came to the room and did an inspection and seemed generally confused as to why there was not a safe. While it seems trivial, it ended up being a very big concern. In addition, we found out the hot tub was not working properly later that night, or any other night, even after bringing it to the desk clerk's attention everyday. On checkout I mentioned it yet again and that the room was much more expensive than a normal room and thought some kind of compensation should be offered. I was told it was noted on my file and I was handed the managers card. I sent the manager an e-mail and I have never heard anything from them. The lack of concern from management is annoying.

The reason for the low score on service was The lady at the front desk while very nice, couldn’t answer my question about using Hotels.com. She did give me the business card for the hotel manager and told me to email them. This took away time from my trip and I also still do not have any answer. I want to know I will not be charged a second time. She told me that I get charged upon check out. I have a receipt that I was already charged for the hotel. Perhaps the staff could be trained on using other providers to book. Otherwise, very clean and nice.

Older motel but rooms are great very clean, great breakfast

If you like being treated badly by a non caring, mouthy desk clerk at check in. If you like to be able to see through your towels. If you like a warm room because the AC doesn’t work properly. If you like an old motel at new hotel prices. Then this is the place you have been looking for.

Clean and updated bathroom. Room was new too. Next to the highway therefore a bit noisy. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well which were clean

We chose this hotel because they offer 50 inch TV. Even Williams is 20 miles out of our way, but we are very happy that we did. Entire hotel and rooms are very clean with good taste decor. Good breakfast with coffee, juice, cereal, choice of bread with toaster, sausages, individual omelet, yogurt, what else you need?! But we recommend to go to breakfast room early. First day we went there 8:30am, the room was packed and people were fighting over food. They have a large indoor pool and hot tub. The hotel is surrounded by trees and very quiet. We’ll definitely stay here again.
