The front desk lady was very professional and courteous. The checking in process was fast and very informative. Enjoyed the amenities on the property. Especially the breakfast, food all fresh and cooked to perfection!

The whole stay was excellent. Of particular mention is Marlie at the front desk. She was dealing with the Microsoft issue and maintained a very professional, positive attitude amidst difficult customers.

The property is easy to access off the highway and that makes it ideal for traveling to and from various destinations. Check in was quick and easy and the front desk staff were welcoming and friendly each one greeting you as you left and entered the facility. The area was safe and conveniently located near strip malls and restaurants.
The housekeeping staff did a good job of cleaning our room and providing fresh towels daily upon request.
The Cons:
The room we had was very warm despite setting the control to the lowest setting. The building is showing wear and tear. Limited options for breakfast.
The fitness center could use some updates including fixing the treadmill, or switch out one of the treadmills for an exercise bike, and more free weights to select from.
Overall a decent stay.

Property was fine. Breakfast was well stocked and the people working the breakfast were very friendly. Poo is only open til 8pm which is annoying and also Expedia said there was a hot tub and this location there is not one. We were very disappointed about that.

Location was key and conveniently walking distance to major shops and restaurants. The free breakfast was an added bonus good selection, clean space and plenty of room for solo and family travelers.

The property was dirty. The sheets were stained and there were spiders in the bathroom

The staff was quite helpful, warm and welcoming. Everyone seems quite accessible and conversation with every staff member we met was easy to have. Housekeeping crew was top notch and accommodating as well. Definitely will stay there when im back in the area and recommend it to friends as well.

This hotel could definitely use some renovating especially to the bathroom. A lot of the hotel guest slammed their doors so it was super loud and annoying throughout the night. Definitely recommend installing something on the hotel doors so that it doesn’t slam shut.

Great stay. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, great bath. American style breakfast with good variety. A special mention to the cordiality of the attendants in the front desk! All very kind with no exceptions! Once again in Maryland I will stay there for sure!

The hall smelled. The room was kot clean. Floor n tub look like nobody came to clean it for awhile. Tile was dirty.
