There were roaches in bathroom a few times. About six total bugs. There were roach traps so an effort is being made to remedy this condition. I would stay there again and would recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was disappointing only hot foodc was the waffle maker, indoor pool not heated, everything just looked run down and not cared for. It was clean

The front desk person was rude. Never spoke to me just nodded his head to where i pay. People were in the lobby hanging out when i came and left (same people). There was two roaches running around the bathroom. I left at 11:30. Waste of my money. Sad because i was there when it first opened and it was beautifully ran. Definitely will not be coming back and i plan to tell others.

the room was musty and based on front desk helped decided to not mention it at all. The indoor pool was not open at all and really was the only reason I selected the property.

The maids were great , morning staff were great , desk clerks were not up to their job . Bathroom was disgusting tub , toilet & floor very poor ! Found dirt & items behind the air conditioner ! The cleaning staff must do only what they can !! Found " dead " rat outside near handicap parking !! Parking lot very dirty & torn up !! The bed was great & no phone near the bed !! Elevator smelled ( people either cooking or other things . We were not too pleased !! Never again will we stay there !!

My first room had bed bugs, switched rooms and all was good, aside from the run down and unkept condition of both rooms I stayed in. Both suites, I may add. After four days in the second room and washing/sanitizing all personal belongings, the bedding was changed and I got bed bugs again. This place is a disgrace of an establishment.

Hotel was very clean, just outdated. They could use more lighting in the parking lot for safety since the area is kind of shady. I didn't have any major issues during my stay but it was not very impressive either considering the price. It's not much better than the cheap motel located next to it.

The bathtub wasn’t properly cleaned, there was hair in it. Also, the cable wire on the tv was loose, and the tv didn’t work. The person at the front desk moved us to a different room which was bigger than our first room however, the tub had rust in it.

Hotel is affordable but issue with room key everyday. Room smelled like cigarettes even tho its a no smoking room. Everytime you flush the toilet, it sounds like a bomb going off. I asked for towels and staff stated they will bring it to my room. Knocked on my door once and walked in as i was trying to put my pants on. Dont get me wrong staff do treat you right. I was informed pool was closed but manager told me the next day it was open since the day prior.

The entire place was dirty. Would not sit on couch in room due to stains, hair in bathtub and on bathroom floor, carpet and baseboards in halls were dirty. The clerk acted like he couldn't understand english when we complained. Expedia tried to reach hotel to refund money so we could change hotels but hotel would not answer their call. The bed was clean. Older hotels that need renovations do not bother me but when the hotel is dirty, that is another matter.

Nice place to sleep, but nothing else. TV lost signal and the night desk assistant did not seem to care. I know there is nothing they can do but I feel like I should have been compensated in some way. That is part of the amenities.

The room was clean and beds comfortable. Toilet wasn't secured to floor so it rocked everytime it was used. The entire 2nd and 1st floors reeked of weed. 2 entire days of smelling like a family of skunks had moved in. Tobacco smoking isn't allowed but "pot" is??? Had to wait approximately 1/2 hour to be checked in as there wasn't anyone at the front desk and when he did come back the language barrier made it difficult to communicate. Pool wasn't available both visits.

Property was very dirty. Found garbage around the room I was staying and a dirty underwear tucked beneath the sink. The sofa in the sitting area is stained with dirt and very poor customer service.

Toilet paper on the holder - nah, just put it on the counter. Locks working properly - nah, its 'better' if nothing locks.
Garbage of an establishment, Would never have stayed had we'd known all the amenities were closed or broken.

Our stay was great. Everyone we met were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was super clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. This is a definite place we will stay again.

The saty was not good staff, yes, but as far as the property, the tv was faded and going out in my room, the sink kept taking long for water to go down, the room lights were dim, and the cleaning wasnt properly santize,also when u walk n the stair well is was a horrible stank smell as if somwone had pissed n the hall, for the sofe bed there were no extra blanket but a sheet amd no extra towels, when we asked. I wasn't please with my stay at all but the front (lady) staff was nice.
