The service was friendly. The room's heat was not working but were able to change our room easily.

Experience was great with the exception of noise coming from outside, the door was not insulated well enough to muffle the noise on room 101. The roof was also clacking a bit

Location is great, breakfast was horrible (no fruits, not many options, no bread for toast, just bagels and muffins), small space to eat. My room wasn’t clean, toilet was full of paper, top of the AC was really dirty with dust, lots of ice in the refrigerator. They gave me a room with guests inside and then they gave me another one.

Great place except NO COFFEE.I went to get a cup and a guy there said they were reloading.Went back a half hour later and still no coffee.Went to Dunkins,not happy.

Just okay. Staying close to a place I had to be next morning. Placed in the only room on the second floor balcony next to conference room and gym. Balcony open to below so lot of noise. There was also a table on second floor near my room, so heard their conversation until about 9pm. Again open balcony so 630am started hearing people and Belgium waffle maker beeping constantly. There was a large early morning crowd so woke me up 645am. Breakfast was just okay. Probably would opt to try someplace else next time, but if you need a place to stay it is okay. Just don’t expect a lot and do not take the room off the balcony especially if you are trying to sleep soundly.

We needed a one nights stay. The hotel itself was fine but it was well overpriced for the condition of the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The tub had a slow drain and it was pretty dated. This hotel should have been $100 at best but because it was a Saturday they charged $266+ taxes and fees. Too much money but it was either pay or sleep in the car! Area was safe and fine.

Have always stayed here whenever we travel to New Hampshire. And it was 2 years since our last day will not be coming back to this hotel.

Two of the 4 light bulbs in the bathroom were burnt out, the bathroom sink faucet leaked and only one of the closet doors would open. Also, the complimentary conditioner was used and there was some brown smudges (make-up?) on the mirror. The pool area needs some attention, although the water was the perfect temperature. The woman at the front desk in the morning was very pleasant and helpful.

Evening staff was a bit standoffish after being asked a simple question, morning staff was friendly and approachable. Our keys deactivated at a pretty inconvenient time, but was easily fixed. Overall not a bad hotel however, will probably book here again in the future.

This is my fault, but honestly I had no idea there were hotels left in the US that only had double beds and no queens.
Lots of water leaks in the building. It was raining so they had the bucket catching water.
Tiles in the pool area were being held on with tape.
Hot tub photo is angled to make it look bigger. You can only comfortable fit two adults.
Railing from second floor to hotel lobby was really sticky.

Place was clean, quiet and serviceable. Lady at check in was abrupt & seemed to be bothered by us. Not friendly at all. But later staff at front desk was super nice, allowed us a Pete check out & very friendly. Breakfast was ok. Typical free breakfast. Coffee was good. Didn’t use pool so no idea how that was. Room was clean & quiet. Bed was very comfortable & sheets were super soft. Overall a decent experience esp for the price.

Not very impressed. Rude receptionist. Didn’t even tell us breakfast hours so we almost had no breakfast. Expecting it to go until 10 am like other hotels, we nearly missed it. Had it not been for the staffer who. Was whisking everything rapidly away and initially was rude, we wouldn’t have had breakfast for my toddlers grandsons and daughter and I. Hotel was not up to Hampton Inn standards. No covered drive up so we got wet unloading in the rain. Won’t be staying there again.

Good location, clean, free breakfast, comfortable bed, two people in the room and four pillows on the bed a huge plus. We didn’t have to ask for extra pillows.

Like how welcoming they are with your dogs (and there were many dogs there during our stay) we only got up the last day for the breakfast but I will try to make more mornings next time as this is where we will stay whenever we visit our family in New Hampshire.

This hotel was just okay. The room smelled like dog and mild. Not very pleasant. There was also mold in the shower and the water pressure was terrible. There were a lot of homeless people around. The first night we arrived there was a man obviously on something rummaging through the ashtray outside the inn look for cigarette buds that could still be smoked. It was only 9:30pm. Probably would not stay here again. I have stayed in other Comfort Inn that were fine.

The hotel itself is nice although I did notice some questionable people when I was returning in the afternoon. My main concern is that there is a door to enter the pool in the foyer area located between the set of sliding doors to the outside and the entrance to the hotel. As a parent, that just doesn’t seem safe for many reasons.
