The service was fantastic from the front desk, wait staff, to housekeeping. The water took a while to get hot and the pressure wasn’t great but the service was so good that it was worth the slight inconvenience

Free car park and good check in. Comfortable room at front with views of capital building. Easy walk into town and to state capital. Lovely breakfast.

This was a work trip, we had reserved 3 separate rooms. Each of our rooms had issues. One the toilet wouldnt flush and didnt have hot water day 1. Another room had no hot water and the shower handle fell off. The other room had the lock/door card pass falling off the door.
Check in was very uninformative, no information provided about services. Check out was amazing, the lady was super knowledgeable.

On both days in the morning hot water was not available and all they could say was “Sorry”. If you TCB you should offer a discount or a coupon to induce another stay otherwise “I’m out!!”

We got a king room for the night so that we could walk around Concord. This hotel was a perfect location and comfortable and clean. We didn't interact with staff much, but when we did they were very pleasant.

Only problem we had was housekeeping trying to get in room at 9:30 this morning. Thank god the latch was on or they would have. Never even knocked. That’s unprofessional. But rest of staff was awesome as usual

Hotel allowed guests to be disruptive, block elevators and hallways. Same guests were allowed to literally run down hallways past 10 pm Friday and Saturday night.
Paid for breakfast was not available Monday and they did not offer refund.

This was my second visit and I found the hotel excellent for my needs. A hidden gem is the restaurant and bar, both of which I found very reasonably prices, and high quality service and food. Anthony the chef is outstanding.

We had to do a late checkin after midnight and was happy they kept the doors open. I am not use to having a hotel lock their doors at night so thanks for keeping them open for put late night check in. Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, pillows were ok. The only bad thing was the water pressure in the toliet and shower was bad.

We have stayed in several Holiday Inn Express hotels and loved them.
This was disappointing.
On checking in, we had to wait 10 min for the receptionist to complete a phone call instead of putting them on hold while we were left waiting.
Room was out dated. There was no pamphlet explaining amenities or local attractions. There's always a pad and pen.
The bed looked like someone had been lying on it. All rumpled. Not sure if the sheets were changed from the last guest. The bed was comfortable though.
