We stayed for one night just to catch our flight in the morning. It was pretty busy and loud with the group of kids during our stay but otherwise satisfactory. The staff was very nice

Expedia put us on a flight with a 12 hour layover so we used Expedia to book this hotel near the airport. The airline canceled our flight and rebooked us on another flight. As soon as possible we contacted the hotel directly to explain why we couldn’t keep our reservation and to request a refund. The customer service person instructed us to request Expedia to contact the hotel manager. We followed those instructions. Expedia instructed us to forward our cancellation email to a specific email address to the manager which we did. We received no response after sending this email. We did not receive the credit we were promised by the Expedia agent.

We only stayed one night. We are 2 adults and 2 children. It was well organized, clean. Double bed with clean and fragrant sheets. I found the room small, but for what we needed it was very good.

Great location to airport with convenient airport/hotel shuttles

I liked close proximity to the airport and complimentary shuttle. That’s it. Hotel is surrounded by cemeteries! Not 1 but 3 if I remember well in the area one right next to the hotel. Staff upon arrival was not that welcoming, later during breakfast and later hours different staff were friendly.The worse was dirt in the room! Dust, stains, spots on and in the carpet! Plus they charged me some random charge for over 16 dollars at 4 in the morning!! I did not authorize the charge and did not use WiFi. I asked at the front desk what for is the charge that I freaked out when I saw some charge at 4! In the morning!!! I was ready to call My bank because I was thinking sb is using my card at first. When I saw it comes from Hilton I asked them why the charge and the guy at the front desk said the system took it by itself accidentally!! And that money will Be. BAck to my account. I do not recommend at all! And I have giving bad reviews but sorry !

The property was beautiful. My only complaint was when i checked in I guess all the card machines were acting up and I was told my card was declined. I had to use a different card, when I called the cc company they said my card hadn't been attempted.

This is a convenient place to stay pass through Newark airport.

Close to the airport and convenient shuttle

I didnt like the first person at the front desk JC (hispanic & didnt want to speak Spanish) that show really despicable at me because I supposedly have a wrong rate and he told me my reservation was cancelled when I got there at 1am and I never received any notification. I didnt have no money at all on me and my cards almost full and he charged me incorrectly for the new reservation. Then he calles security when I didnt even raise my voice or show disrespectful. I was travelling since 5am from the day before. It was really awfull.

Terrific stopover before early morning flight

I booked through Expedia and when i got to the Hotel to check in they said that my room was cancelled. I was out on the streets for 5 hours trying to figure it out. Expedia made me make a new booking and they reimburse my money. I dont know if im going to use Expedia again after this experience

I stay here every time I have an early flight! Never disappointed! Staff is always helpful and the food is delicious! Extremely convenient, leaving the vehicle for the time out of town! Quick ride to the terminal! Always awesome!
