Overall the hotel is was good. A little musty when we first got here but when we figured out the air conditioning it improved.

Smelled kind of wet upon check in- appears rooms flooded. Lots of dehumidifiers everywhere. The gym was shut down and I asked if there was another Marriott in the area I could go to and use the gym. He called but no one would allow it. Frustrating.

Staff is untrained and seems incompetent. Rooms are not cleaned, after 3 days. Would definitely not stay here again!

It was very conveniently located to places I needed to get to

One bed hadn’t had its sheets changed. There were crumbs and long black hair in the bed. Hard to like the place after you pull the sheets back and find that.

We stayed four nights in the suite. It’s not brand new, but it’s comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were welcoming, helpful and kind. Special shout out for having shelves in the shower for any items you bring along. 👍

It was nice

Needed a place on the freeway just to break up our trip, just an overnight stay. While there are umpteen motels along this strip, and we’ve tried many, this is one of the best! Price was fair, breakfast was good, your choice of hot or cold, small buffet. (Same as most chain motels that offer free breakfast). Room was impeccably clean beds comfortable, light blocking drapes were a plus! Can walk to dollar store, Target also very close. Jump in your car and your choice of restaurants right on the same road. Will stay here again if needed.

we have no complaints. The service was great, everyone friendly. Room and bathroom was clean. Temp was comfortable for sleeping. Breakfast was great!

The staff was super supportive knowing I was in town for my mother's funeral. I wasn't there often, but was always greeted with a smile when coming and going and it was very nice to have the continental breakfast so I could start my day without running to find it.

Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Very clean.

The pool was super cold, no hot tub. There was no conditioner in the shower, the tub felt like there was some sort of sandy crud on the bottom of it. The people above me sounded like a herd of elephants. The only good thing I would say is the eggs at breakfast. Thise were very good.

Room and common areas looked like a well done recent remodel. Nice, soft linens and bedding. Lots of variety for breakfast.

Nice place to stay. Check out at 12:00 noon is a great benefit!

Parking lot is rough

When we arrived for check-in we were met with the noise and confusion of a large group that had taken over the breakfast and pool area. Apparently a group of families were in town for a youth hockey game. After calling for assistance at the front desk, we were advised that the room type ( king suite ) that we had reserved was not available. The gal at the desk at first had no idea what to do and told us she would call her manager. When she finally got ahold of someone (not the manger) they told her to just put us in a different room. Apparently the room that we had reserved was not clean. We were OK with the change after being reassured by Expedia that our rate would be adjusted to the appropriate lower rate. The reason for the lower rating is really based on what I feel is poor or least poor judgement in management. The dirty room should have been taken out of inventory. And the impression of an out of control situation with the loud and rowdy group would not have been so bad if the hotel staff had shown consideration of all guests by asking this group (parents) to remember that they were not the only guests at the hotel. The young gal at the desk told us that it was her first night by herself at the motel. If management knew that things were going to be so hectic on this Saturday night they maybe could have been around to check on things or at least been available when called. Overall we had an OK stay once we reached our room. We were just left with a bad impression.

More than met expectations

I stayed in Marriotts for work over the years,and previously considered them a trusted brand. This location is a hot mess. I didn't want to leave a review because some of the staff is well intentioned. I booked 2 rooms for myself and my family... -There were hiccups with our check-in because the supervisor left the new girl who started 2 days earlier alone to help me -1 of the rooms they put us in was still being cleaned at 4pm when we opened it, okay -We pile into the remaining room, and management just opens the door. Does not explain, just says "oops" and walks out -I did not know this was the manager, so I went to the desk to inform them of a strange man who has a key to our room -The "front desk supervisor", who I have been working with for almost 90 minutes now, keeps blaming everyone under the sun who works there, telling me he "literally got here 10 minutes ago" when I know he has been here hours -The worst part of this experience for me, was that once they had figured out who had entered our room- THEY MADE THE NEW GIRL CALL AND APOLOGIZE TO ME ON HER 2ND DAY. -Next day woke up to a maid yelling on her phone outside our room The manager was on duty, and should have stepped up and made that call himself. Everyone started working here in the last few weeks, literally. I would even venture to guess that this location isn't getting the support it needs from upper management, because it does have well intentioned people that just flat out don't know what they're doing.

Great staff. Good breakfast

We had a quick overnight stay for a soccer tournament. Our room was spacious and clean. We had the King executive suite which gave us a living room and bedroom space with two televisions and a desk. Loved that there was a closet and ample outlets in the right places. Fridge and microwave included too. The continental breakfast is excellent. Very well located near tons of shopping and restaurants.

Easy parking complementary breakfast was OK. Night Shift staff was nice.

Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Room smelled wet towel. Comfy bed. TV doesn't work. Nearby lakes for fishing.

Just right for a quick overnight after Packer game.

The room was disappointing. Smelled like mildew and body odor upon check in.
