I called ahead for an early check in and was told our room would be ready at 1:30 pm but it wasn't ready until 3 and we had to sit and wait in lobby. We ultimately got upgraded to a suite which was nice but the fire alarm malfunctioned over our bed and kept strobe flashing at random times waking us up. I went down to complain at front desk around midnight and of course when they went up to look it didn't do it. I don't think they believed me. Worst sleep in a hotel ever. I mentioned it again on check out but I was just given a "sorry to hear that. You're all paid already so have a nice day".

This was our second time here and the service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant staff was particularly welcoming and shared helpful suggestions and warm hospitality. The room and common areas were all immaculately clean and nicely decorated. In the morning the window sills in the room were soaked with water from either a leak or condensation.

The property needs some attention to detail. Overall the beds were comfortable and the shower stall was very nice- good water pressure.
Sadly, elevators were dysfunctional the entire stay. The luggage carts need replacement.
Our bathroom ceiling drywall was coming apart.

Not sure how this can be a BONVOY Property. It’s very dated. Wouldn’t stay here again but instead would stay up in Niagara on the Lake and commute. This property has alot of potential given its size and location but it feels rundown. Sorry to say.

Very friendly staff and comfortable accommodations. The car chargers were not working, and I was told it would be 1-2 weeks before they were repaired. Make sure to ask if they are working before you arrive. This was a major inconvenience.

Staff were very friendly and helpful!! Property was very clean! Staff were seen cleaning the sofas and other furniture in main area as I walked by. Highly recommended this property!

Executive suite had torn wallpaper from the ceiling, loose floor boards with mold coming through, broken toilet paper holder, cracks in the bathroom wall and more. There were old French fries in the room, hair in the bathroom. Staff was unresponsive and the manager apologized but did not help us what so ever. He said it was up to Expedia to fix any issues. Would not stay there again!!!

Clean, friendly. great customer service. We were able to get the room as early as 8h30am at no extra fee after driving all night from Montreal to Niagara, the reception clerk was nice. Everything was clean and looked nice. Would recommend to anyone visiting Niagara .free parking was nice and close to McDonald's and Tim.hortons a cross the street.

Visiting from Chicago, about 8 1/2hr drive to Niagara. I had booked a different hotel and the conditions were so horrible (the area, people, and room) that I canceled my reservation and found this place. The staff is friendly, lots of parking, the room was clean, and overall the location is quiet. Would definitely book again.

Great location just off the main tourist area of Niagara Falls. Quiet and spacious suite which was comfortable and clean.
Parking is plentiful and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Made use of the gym as well.

For $600 a night, breakfast was not included. Exhaust in the bathroom didn’t work (fyi we had 2 rooms with same situation). Once the hot showers were turned on for 5 mins whole room was steamy. Forget about going number 2.

I had a pleasant 2 night stay. The room I had on this trip was close to the entrance from the elevator on the second floor so there was more noise from people passing by, and the room rate was higher than the last time I stayed, but otherwise it was a comfortable stay.

Housekeeping never wanted to give out towels or put new clean sheets on the bed. Had to call front desk to get them to come up and sometimes the housekeeping never showed up.

This was a comfortable stay. Having a 3rd bed in the room for a family of 5 was very helpful.

To say the least I was not happy with the stay. After paying a premium price for a suite I was not impressed. We were supposed to have the room cleaned once during the 4 day stay and that did not happen. Front desk on 2 occasions were supposed to send up towels, toilet paper and tissues which also did not happen. Had to return to the front desk and pick them up. Refrigerator would barley keep things cold. For being the "Presidential Suite" it left a lot to be desired.

No maid service for a 6 night stay. They are short staffed or there is some other issue. Regardless. No service beyond check in. No new towels. Zero service. Was shockingly bad and shockingly high bill. Will not risk a Sheraton stay anywhere after this. We travel extensively. Have not experienced anything like it.
