The stay was pleasant. Rained all the time so the room smelled musty or humid. Ran the AC on full blast and kept it cold. But overall was a fine stay. Staff is helpful. This is one of the better hotels in South Burlington. Second time I have chosen this one.

Beautiful hotel with a stunning inner courtyard. Rooms are clean, spacious and the employees are friendly and courteous. We like to workout in the morning and this hotel offers a great fitness center (gym and pool) well equipped with everything you need. Thanks again! Alex

cobwebs. black and orange mold in the bath and shower, even on the built in seat in the shower. missing tile. broken toilet seat. broken tv. “room service” consisted of hanging a laundry bag with two fresh towels and two bottles of water on the door handle. staff told me they would have to inform building engineer. i had to ask for new room. new room was still moldy ( somewhat less visible) and dirty. How does Hilton allow its name on this property?

Room was overcrowded with furniture. Breakfast was expensive and terrible

One day/night stay on our way back home at the end of our vacation. We have been to Burlington before and love it. Hôtel is right next to U of Vermont and very near the heart of downtown. Great staff and excellent stay.

Very convenient. Staff was very friendly. Our room smelled musty most days and felt damp. Our room was at the bottom and whoever was above us and beside us, was heard walking around…walls/floors were very thin, which made our nights sleepless

We liked the staff, especially our waitress the first night and the breakfast waitress was exceptional, and so was Rachael, who allowed early check in without fee, and they were very personable. We loved the pool and security of the building. We didn’t like the A/C unit in our room - very loud and seemed like the fan was wobbly or loose - kept us awake. The toilet paper holder was broken and inconveniently located. It would be of benefit to the hotel to update the rooms with convenient charging areas - we had to crawl around to find outlets to plug in our devices. Overall a good stay though - the beds were comfy and the trail nearby was great too.

The building that we were staying in felt like an add on portable. The hallways are tired, no care seems to have been given to updating the rooms either. For the $300 we paid, my bathtub filled up post showering which took half an hour to drain?! That is just unacceptable to me and would rather stay home. NOT worth a $300 per night.

The hotel is ok, but had a higher expectation knowing it was a Hilton property. The lobby and public areas were nice enough but the room itself had a "smell" to it, tub was old, had mildew around the caulk/edges, and had to pull the nightstand to find something, really dirty behind the nightstand (along the lines of what one would find under a fridge that hadn't been pulled out in years). I will say the bed was VERY comfortable and the linens were clean. All in all, alright but not great.

Convenient location off the freeway. Easy access to the downtown area.

Easy check in and check out, friendly staff, nice hotel!

The entrance, main lobby area was very clean. Once we got to the hallway our room was on I could tell it was the older section and had an odor. Our bathroom was very outdated. The tavern had very good food and all staff we very nice. Overall a good hotel just maybe request a room in the new section.

First. cigarette ash on windowsill Second. They left a note after we missed the room servicing saying to call the front desk to let them know when the room can be service while we are gone. We did and came back from the beach to a room that was not serviced, no towels for a shower when we came back, garbage not emptied and soo on. Third. Pool hours on site said open till 10 pm but, when we went to use the pool at 7:30 pm their was a hand written note saying pool closed at 8 pm Fourth. Breakfast was not worth the expensive price after waiting over 10 min to be seated while their was many open tables and waiting another 10 minutes before they brought us a high chair, not to mention the table they sat us at had tables with dirty dishes from the previous people. Their staff seemed way undermanned and hurt did not help with the quality of breakfast that was not included with a room.

Friendly staff, clean and nice room, easy parking and location-proximity to UVM in particular. Would stay there again.

Was a quick overnight, friendly staff, hotel looked and felt clean and well maintained. Nice clean specious room, quick walk to downtown Burlington for dinner, shopping and walk along the lake. Next trip back I’ll be staying again there.

Nice hotel. Missing tissues, bathroom was small.

The staff and room were okay. The hallways smelled like sewage and cleaning products.

Check-in was problematic. A few minutes after we were duly checked-in, another guest entered the room with a key and front desk called and summoned us to present ourselves with photo ID. Cleaning was below standard. The room was dusty and musty. Clearly, the carpets are not properly vacuum cleaned on a daily basis. Both my husband and I got sore throats which cleared immediately after we left the hotel. We had dinner one night in the restaurant and the food was delicious and the service professional.

In Burlington for medical reason was a good stay.

Only struggle was trying to actually find my room. There are multiple buildings, so it was incredibly confusing. Other than that I really enjoyed the stay.

Great place and great location!

A bit expensive for an old hotel, our room was basic, clean but had a sort of strange smell like humidity. The common areas are modern and well maintained and the staff is friendly. Major downside, the pool closes at 20:00 which is very early… if you have kids, they might be disappointed like ours were when we learned about it.

Spacious hotel with numerous gathering spots including a gorgeous foyer. Delicious food at the tavern. Great pool area and nice gym equipment including a peloton bike. Our room was larger than a typical double and I really liked that the coffee maker was a keurig and the mini fridge is taller than most hotels. Convenient to local shops and restaurants.
