Was just fine. Nice folks. Showing up during a snow storm makes things challenging anywhere and they seemed to do just fine.

Room was small and very expensive. Only reason to stay here is proximity to airport and Warn Aviation. Shuttle is good.

The only negative is no elevator, so if on second floor & have suitcases you have to lug them up & down the stairs. Positive is VERY close to airport - less than 5 minutes by their free shuttle. The free shuttle will also pick you up at the cruise debarkation terminal or the downtown area.

The staff was very helpful. The room was spotless. The bedding and linens excellent. Breakfast made to order delivered to our room when we asked. And the shuttled us to cruise. Could not ask for better

Our double queen room was spacious and had convenient kitchenette. Lobby was was comfortable and well stocked. The shuttle service from downtown Juneau is very helpful, but staff gave misinformation when we called to arrange a ride on arrival (shuttle provides rides on set schedule, not when requested as we were told). Early morning shuttle to airport was easy to arrange and appreciated. First floor rooms hear 2nd floor activity. Eye masks are provided (no room darkening window treatments). Super close to airport, but not a lot of plane noise.

The staff is fantastic!! We were able to checkin early, the shuttle drivers are amazing and everyone is extremely helpful.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly most of the time. They offer a hot breakfast every morning. Unfortunately, our room was musty and hit you in the face every time you walked in. I don’t believe they have a/c in the rooms.

Property was ok shuttle transportation was nice. Onsite staff was rude and uninterested in helping. They refused to offer an upgraded room when they had plenty available. We had to go to the office every night because our keys would not work. The staff in general definitely needs customer service classes. The office is run by mostly kids that do not know what hospitality means.
I would not suggest this location to anyone and would not stay again.
