Nice room with kitchenette. Convenient location.

I had difficulty extending my stay y a day when my ferry out of Juneau was delayed. It took 3 times for them to get it right

The room was very nice

Only negative, I had asked the front desk to arrange for me to leave for the airpI needed to call for a taxi. The Security guard in the morning had to provide me a phone number. If I had not come down earlier, I could have been delayed catching my flight as there was a wait going through the TSA checkpoint.

No shuttle from the airport created frustration with trying to get a cab at airport This will also cause us to choose another hotel that provides a shuttle next time. A bar and restaurant would be a nice amenity to have had access to. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and very clean.

Very nice hotel. Easy, quick check-in process late at night. Big rooms and very comfortable beds. We were pleasantly surprised as we booked it solely for its convenient location from the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean and new - great proximity to airport

Had to book for 4 so used pull out bed - VERY uncomfortable. Would have been nice to have a shuttle / most of the other nearby hotels did so we might try one of them next time.

I appreciated the kitchenette a lot. The room was well set up for a longer stay.

I couldn't get the air conditioner/fan to shut off. The room could use a little better lighting.The facility would be improved with a pool.
