Good location, walkable area around Falmouth's small harbor. Short drive to restaurants and shops on Main Street and other shopping. Rooms and furnishings in good condition although dated. Friendly, helpful staff. Close-in parking. Easy drives to other regional attractions. My only complaint was a too-big, lumpy mattress.

Stayed 2 nights. Location was good . Next to Island Ferry. Looked out on harbor so very nice. Office offered lots of info on restaurants. & other things to do.

The suites were very spacious and clean. The only problem was the mattress on the pull out couch was very thin and uncomfortable. Other than that, we were very pleased with everything else. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool was clean and heated. Perfect location- right across from the harbor where the boat docks that takes you to Martha’s Vineyard. Great seafood restaurant across the street. Reasonably priced too!! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

A great place to stay with family and explore Cape Cod. The room was very spacious and a grocery store within 2 mins was an added bonus. The ferry ride to Martha’s Vineyard is also within 2-3 mins of walking.

Room was big, quiet and clean. Great location. I had room 230 but would have preferred 231 as it had a balcony and the people staying there (there were a bunch of them) kept walking past my window next to the bed which was a little discomforting.
Easy parking. Centrally located.
Shower ran out of hot water after a few minutes on both days.
Overall I was happy with my stay.

The hotel was very good.
The only thing is that in the list of things to do they say there is a game room/ arcade and there wasn't. But the rest was everything great.

The room was clean and spacious but had a sewer smell to it. No staff past 11pm. Our room was next to an outdoor space and it was very noisy at night but no one around to do anything about it.

We liked being close to the beach, but felt the room was quite overpriced and the front desk manager wasn't too helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and a fantastic location. The kids loved hanging in the pool and watching the boats in the harbor. We would definitely stay there again.

Just what we needed for 2 nights to be near family for the 4th. Super clean and bed was comfy. The scene at the Raw Bar was hopping (and loud- but they toned it down by 11pm). Great place to watch the Falmouth Heights fireworks without crowds or fuss.

Loved our stay here! Beautiful views, spacious and spotless room, and we walked just half a block to the ferry for Martha’s Vineyard and walked to dinner in town during our stay. Definitely recommend.

I really loved the location. The Island Queen Ferry to Martha’s Vineyard, a grocery store and some great restaurants are all within walking distance. It was exceptionally clean also. Highly recommend!!

Excellent service, amenities, etc. In a centralized spot to travel around the cape. Staff is beyond helpful. Most are very knowledgeable about the area, especially the daytime staff.

Quiet room, more space than I needed, full efficiency appliances with basic dinnerware. Staff was great and spoke English. Plenty of hot water with good shower head clearance for a 6'3" guest. View was pretty out the front. Walk to the right and three restaurants with Flying Bridge a favorite. Market is a short walk. Short drive to Portuguese Bakery (scones, cash only) and Talk of the Town diner had good breakfasts.

The service was fabulous. The young lady that was at the front desk. I do not remember her name but was off the charts cared about her job, cared about her customers and gave us directions and recommendations for everywhere. Absolutely fantastic. Can't say enough good things

This stay would have been had there not been people partying in the room above me every night until 2am through the entire duration of my stay. All I heard was stomping and music all night long. Not a restful vacation in the least. I should have spent my money elsewhere that was quiet.

Great hotel in fantastic location. Beautiful views of the harbour and only two minutes walk from the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Walking distance to lots of lovely bars and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful.

InnSeasons Harbor View is located right by the marina. The area is walkable to restaurants and the Island Queen ferry to Martha's Vineyard. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We didn't have a chance to use the pool but it looked very inviting. The "condo" was basically just a big room but both the bed and sleeper sofa were very comfortable. Linens and pillows were very nice. The fridge in our unit was very small but made ice well in a short period of time. There are many different sizes of units at InnSeasons properties. We chose the least expensive so weren't surprised or disappointed in the small size. I would stay there again.
