The hotel was nice. We stayed at the new section. The room was clean. The water flow in the shower was super weak. The area is very busy. Overall it was nice.

Larger Hotel so fairly busy but organised. Large pool is excellent, a/c and bedding very good. Did not have the breakfast here but did get in house dining 1 night and very good. Location opposite the beach.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. All the staff are so friendly and attentive and the facilities here were wonderful! We definitely would recommend this hotel!

We had an outstanding 10-night stay at the Holiday Inn resort. The accommodations were excellent - the beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were nice with roomy, updated showers. The dining was top-notch. With four on-site restaurants, all providing 5-star quality cuisine, we had a wonderful variety of options. The breakfast buffet in particular was a standout, with an outstanding selection that we enjoyed daily. The resort amenities were fabulous as well. The pool area was beautiful, with a large pool and swim-up bar that provided a great space to relax. What really made our stay phenomenal, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. Every employee we encountered was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Any request was met with a warm smile and first-class service. The location was also ideal, within easy walking distance of the beach, stores like pharmacies and 7-Eleven, local restaurants, and plenty of shopping. You could find everything you needed just steps from the resort. Overall, we had a truly memorable vacation at this Holiday Inn resort. Between the comfortable rooms, delicious dining, great amenities and amenities, top-notch service, and prime location, it provided the total package for a relaxing yet convenient beach getaway. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sunny vacation spot. Thank you Holiday Inn Team!

Very pleasant hotel on Seafront by Patong Beach, Clean, friendly. Staff, well positioned, large rooms all at a very reasonable price.

The location is perfect. Unfortunately the pool closes at 7pm, way too early. If I knew I may not have stayed there. Otherwise everything else was wonderful.

Had a lovely stay here with the family. Plenty of dining options, convenient location to go shopping and beach is a 2 min walk from hotel. Staff were courteous and caring and really looked after our every need! Good for disabled access too. Would stay here again

Disappointed with check- in did not get a room till 3.30pm even though check-in is 2.00pm. Checkout even worse when they tried to charge us for a meal we never had.

Friendly Respectful Hotel

I have booked 3 rooms. I didnt have welcome drink, i asked for late check & was declining. Asked for room serving to warm milk for my 3 years old kid. I was asked to go to the restaurant by my self! Room at 4th floor had leakages in the passage and worked were working and it was noisy. Breakfast was good

Super calm and family environment, easy access to anything, less than 5 minutes walking. Beach access from the pool area is just crossing the stree.Staff is fantastic. Definitely recommend for families and couples who want to relax without worries

Amazing hotel with great breakfast buffet and several very good resturants, friendly staff, great pool and amenities, and located right on the beach with its own serviced crosswalk! You cant ask for more. Tip - get your cocktails from the bar and take them across to the beach, they are much better and around the same price.

The staff were generally very friendly and very helpful. The standard room was good, the wifi excellent and it was kept very clean. Complimentary water was supplied to the room and it had a fridge and good air conditioning. Breakfast was very good and food in the hotel complex restaurants was good. It was possible to get a sun lounger by the pool each day, but if you wanted a particular position, then you had to be there early. One exit to the hotel leads directly to the beach road, which gets very busy of a night time. Arranging taxis was straightforward, although reception advised booking the taxi back to the airport on the day before leaving (800 Baht, one way). Only downside was the noise created by other guests and children in the corridor running directly outside the room and doors being slammed, which varied during our stay. There is a Thai tradition of letting off small amounts of fireworks at night, which usually ceased around midnight on most days. We were not offered a chance to upgrade nor were the room facilities explained on arrival, but having stayed in many hotels, the latter was not a problem. By staying in a standard room, you were not able to access the nicer looking swimming pool (although it was probably a little shallow for swimming anyway) and this was not particularly clear from the information we saw beforehand. We would definitely stay there again, but would choose the more expensive adults only accommodation. Mosquitos are an issue to be aware of.

The Holiday Inn sits in a premium play with markets behind and beach in front. The staff are lovely and friendly, the grounds are magnificent. The only better if I can give is that the bed mattress was not very comfortable- was lumpy and quite hard- not something a $550 a night room should have. Other than that, loved everything about the resort and will definitely be back.

We stayed in 3 different hotels during our stay in Phuket and this one was our favourite. Book the premium room though, the standard rooms looked tired and also their pool area was just okay, more likely for families with kids. Premium room wing has its own very nice pool with pool bar. Room was very nice and comfy. Location great, in the middle of everything but without the noise. Also beach side access. We weren't very fan on Paton beach since we stayed already in Karon and Kata and they were way nicer , but apperciated the restaurant options they had near the beach. Hotel breakfast has lots of different options also in hot food. They could add mango/passionfruit to breakfast though, thats what most upper class hotels tend to have.

A nice hotel in a great area, just steps from the beach. The beach is BUSY! This is our 3rd time back in Patong and have to say this is the best hotel we've stayed at so far. Love the proximity to the beach, Bangla Rd and Junceylon shopping centre. Plenty of nice eateries nearby which is a big plus for us.
