Everything was fine, but there was some traffic noise because of my proximity to the road, but it is certainly not a deal killer for another stay. On my next stay I would request a room away from the road.

A quick trip to see our son. Wasn’t looking to spend a lot of time at the hotel but for the price it was clean, quiet, and we did hit the pool for a few hours. The restaurant on site that only does breakfast was very reasonably priced and the food was great.

i like the layout of the property. all rooms are ground floor. you can park in front of your hotel room for as long as you don't arrive super late, but there's always parking. well maintained property, comfy beds.

Nice stay

We came to this hotel as our previous hotel (WorldMark Windsor) canceled the reservation on the day of our arrival. Expedia agent was great to rebook us last minute, especially since we needed 2 bedroom place with kitchenette. Best Western was OK, they were little unprepared as we booked last minute. One of the rooms wasn't ready for check in, even though they checked us in, but they quickly accommodated to prepare it. The kitchenette supplies were very minimal. The oven was a portable one, on top of the counter, and there were no baking pans. We improvised and got tin foil from Target. There were enough plates and utensils, frying pans, one cutting board. There was a large refrigerator and also a dishwasher (they had dishwasher detergent) What was missing: wine glasses, paper towels and maybe some basic spices (salt, pepper) The kitchen cabinets were new and cleans, but the rest of the room and furniture were little outdated. They had a breakfast place, but we didn't use it. Pool was not heated, but they had a hot tub area which was very nice. The hotel is right off the main street, so very noisy if you sleep in the room that faces the street. It is a very quiet place otherwise.

The breakfast cafe on site is delightful. Reasonably priced with good choices. Delightful service. A good quiet place to visit with friends. Breakfast hours only.

The grounds are beautiful and the room was extremely clean. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

I needed a hotel with three beds. This is one of very few hotels that was able to accommodate us.

Room was fine. The cafe was closed and we didn't know why. It would have been useful to have food on site. Housekeeping was amazing!

Very good experience. We had a family suite, with two connected rooms and 3 beds (1 king, 2 queen) - it was very comfortable and the mattress quality was very good. AC was working really well on the hot day we were there. The only thing I would have asked for would probably be that the family suite should have 2 bathrooms, or at least 1.5 bathrooms. Having 6 people in the suite with only one bathroom could have become a bottleneck but we were able to manage it well. Everything else was really good!

Nice pool, room. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Surrounding areas aren’t the best, however it is typical for Santa Rosa.

Our room had a sliding glass door that led directly to the pool, so it felt like we were at home sitting on our back porch. Staff was very nice and the property was very clean and beautiful landscaping. Location is prime too! Right off the 101 and the 12 plus lots of shopping (Target, Costco, & Trader Joe’s) and dining (downtown Santa Rosa) minutes away.

I was clean, inside and outside. All quiet in the day and night.

This place is older but updated. It has good insulation so the highway traffic is not heard inside the room. Nice pool and hot tub in a garden setting. There is a washer & dryer available. The room was large and comfortable. Very clean. The bed was comfortable

Even tho we arrived a couple of hours past check-in time, our room wasn’t quite ready. The rest of the stay was fine

The hotel has a beautiful garden area. The rooms are impeccable, and the breakfast is one of the best on our trip. The staff was all friendly and polite. I highly recommend this hotel!

This was a great budget friendly option to visit wine country. The facility was clean and mostly quiet (as quiet as a hotel can be). There was one evening that the hot tub was not working, but it was working the next day so staff are attentive to the facility. Would definitely stay here again.

We arrived, dropped our luggage and went to a graduation. Next day we want some water early in the morning my son went to ask for a small bottle of water, the lady at the office said water was given only at arrival time, ???? 10 cent bottle waters, really, small thing but very questionable reasoning foe Costco 10 cent bottle waters!
