Not so great. The phones don't work so you can arrange a wake-up call, contact the front desk, or order room service. I had to use my cell to call the hotel. It took several tries to get through to a person. My room had no room service menu and they wouldn't bring me one. I had a sick kiddo in the room so couldn't go down to the restaurant to order like they said I would have to. Overall, I expected better, but the shuttle ran on time the next day and we slept well.

There was no hot water. I told the staff the night prior and still no hot water. So much for getting a shower.

Air conditioner did not work. Staff moved my family to another room that was a downsize but no refund for downsized room

The shower was terrible. Very difficult to turn on and once it went to shower, the stream trickled. Then after showering for a few minutes it went cold.

Shuttle service from the airport never came on a Tuesday evening at 6m. Could not contact them. Many were waiting. Cost me an Uber

Front office people can be courteous. Airport drop was rold every 30 mins but operates on their convenience. Bathroom did not have hot water, it was only warm.

The staff at as friendly and helpful, property felt clean but room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. The shuttle offered by the hotel is extremely helpful to get the the airport or other sites nearby

We had a quick In and out stay, The shuttle was able to accommodate us for a 4 AM airport arrival. The beds were super comfy. The hotel was quiet. They were obviously renovating as some of the rooms have gotten old and moldy. I look forward to seeing the newness done. But they were very smart and the way that they shut off the construction and big enough to keep you an entirely other section of the hotel to not be bothered by their construction. It was well thought out.

We stayed for one night on our way to DFW. The staff was friendly, room was clean, and it was a perfect location to leave our car and get a shuttle to DFW.

Loved how you catch a shuttle at the airport and arrive easily at the hotel.

Receptionist didn’t even greet us properly, and did not provide the Water Bottles during Check-In and No Water Bottles to Drink in the Room as well. Front Desk seemed uninterested during the Check-In Process.
Parking Was Mentioned as Free at Hotels.com App but the receptionist handed over to Us by the receptionist.
The Rooms are not Noise Proof and We could hear noise from the Top Floor all night
