Absolutely fantastic!

This property was an absolute dream! Traveled with a 10 year old who loved the pools and slides. Dining options were perfect for traveling with a child. Staff is so friendly! So much to do on the property alone-can’t wait to come back!

Our family and friends absolutely enjoyed this resort. It had everything we wanted and more! I uas so much to offer. Will come again.

Amazing property

Beautiful resort. The property does need updates. I hoped that the water falls etc.. around the property were working. It would give a better ambiance of what Maui is. The food options are great and the food tasted really good. We booked Rosé & Seafood brunch and Francis did a great job letting us know what everything was. However, it’s very expensive to dine and have cocktails at the all restaurants. The staff were absolutely amazing. They were friendly and kind. Rena checked us in when we arrived. She upgraded us to a nice room and she explained what the amenities were at the resort. Good experience.

Beautiful hotel but overpriced on everything, to the point of financial exhaustion. It’s a luxury hotel but at some point enough of the nickel and dining. It should be beneath you. Consumers are exhausted. You have enough.

-Severe lack of signage -System for issuing pool passes/towels needs to be improved - Needs a bit more "Waldorf Astoria" magic to class it up

Dining was very expensive and there has been a lack of entertainment in the hotel.

Overall great place to stay. Only downside the restaurants on the property are not the greatest. Although 5 min walking distance outside of the hotel there is a nice market like Whole Foods.

This is a family friendly Hotel with a great atmosphere. Daisy was there at check in to great us. It was a surprise trip for my twins 10th birthday. She was extremely friendly and very engaging to my twins. Thanks so much for the wonderful time and hospitality.

Our family had a great trip to Maui! Pools are a plus for our family and all the amenities were awesome.

We have stayed at this resort numerous times in the past, but this time there was a noticeable difference in the service quality. Not sure if the resort wants everyone to know this, but the resort staff has been decreased drastically thus affecting the service that we are used to at this resort. Just calling the front desk from our room was impossible as they would never pick it up. We would have to keep going to the front desk if we had any special requests. Previously, this resort had some good small touches, but those are all gone now and I guess this is a new error for the hotel. I would like to add that the people that were able to help us were very nice and hospitable. The location of the hotel is fabulous because of the proximity to the shops at Wailea and local restaurants. The beach at this resort is excellent. The pool area probably needs to be expanded because there’s always a fight for Chairs around the pool perimeters in the morning. Seems like there’s about 100 chairs for approximately 1000 guests otherwise our favorite part of the trip also was a breakfast buffet. A little pricey but worth it. Not sure if we’re coming back here but had great times in the past. Mahalo.

Vallet service is mandatory and they charge you 65 dollars a day for their service. I was not aware of this until I checked out and was charged and additional $395 for room fee and other resort fees along with the $65 vallet. I was also charged a, Excesise fee? I paid hotel taxes and fees through Expedia and was not expecting all the other fees that they charged me when I left.

While on our stay workers were picketing limiting access to enter and exit. We asked for a refund and they had said we have one coming. Still not received.
