Great variety of breakfast items. The pool was away from rooms so we could not hear anthing while we were resting. Pool is open until midnight. Staff was friendly

Great location. Fully renovated with nice heated indoor pool. Free breakfast better than most. Walk to restaurants. Right next to Titanic exhibit.

The room was larger than other rooms we’ve stayed in, which was great for our family of six. Breakfast was good. The pool was a little too cold, but the hot tub was nice. The beds were comfortable, but the hide-a-bed was broken, so it squeaked loudly every time the kids rolled over. It made for a really poor night of sleep for me (a light sleeping mom).

The staff was great, very friendly and obviously enjoyed working at the Best Western. The only objection we had was the sink faucets. They were very difficult to turn on and off because you had to lift the handle. We did enjoy the two sinks, made it easy to get ready in the morning. We would definitely recommend this Hotel. The concierge ( Alicia) was amazing.

Upon arrival, we were greeted and welcomed with a smile. The staff were clear and informative regarding the location of the rooms, parking and services of the facility. The rooms were clean, roomy and comfortable. Facility was quiet a d location was ideal.

The hallways, room, and bathroom were all poorly lit with very low wattage LED's. There was not a comforter on the bed and they said they do not have any. Instead, they used a flat sheet, a thin velour throw and another flat sheet. Horrible for sleeping comfort.

After leaving our previous hotel a night early in dismay, we chose the BW Center Pointe and were very pleased. While the facility is neither new nor fancy it is very clean and well maintained. It is also very conveniently located along the Strip, but sits far enough back to be quiet. As a great value, it will become a regular part of our future Branson trips.

Very nice and clean room. The shower may need a new shower head and it could use more water pressure for sure. And the ceiling around the exhaust fan in the bathroom could use a cleaning.

Location was ideal for theatre and activities on the strip, but was still quiet and safe area. Everyone at the hotel was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable, pool was great, and breakfast was very good. Everything was excellent for the price!

There are several bldg's.Ours was near the hwy w/o elevator. We are past 80 yrs old, should have gotten a room w/ an elevator. Desk clerk needs to be more aware of customers age.

I book this hotel on line and was a little nervous about what it would be like and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was and very spacious. Nice large room and bathroom. We will stay there again.

Stayed here for a week and it was a good stay. We had three separate rooms and all three were about the same. The air in one of the rooms didn't get real cold but other than that the rooms weren't bad. They did need updated and there were gaps around the doors. The breakfast wasnt great but definitely have had worse. Overall not a bad stay.

I love everything the breakfast was good. Only one thing, the key to my room give me trouble at midnight i almost sleep outside lol but they fixed. All the staff was really nice. The pool open until midnight, that was the best!! I will definitely stay next summer… or next time.

The location was right along the strip and Branson. Right next to the Titanic museum. Perfect for walking around and looking at things if that’s what you’re into. The room was just fine. A bit outdated. The toilet needed a good scrubbing. It was pretty gross inside. The complementary breakfast was so-so. The staff was very friendly. Our stay was actually quite nice, it’s just the building is older and in need of some updates.

I enjoyed my trip to Branson I have to say this hotel is located at a perfect spot near all the attractions I would stay here again. Shout out to the staff who were very friendly and welcoming and even reached over via phone before the trip.
If you are planning a trip to Branson, MO I would recommend you stay at this location. Staff are 5/5, Internet is good as well. Clean.

The room reeked of mold. The sheets had a wet/damp feeling. Woke up to ants crawling on us. We told the manager about it, he would not change rooms. Would not recommend staying here.
