The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Valet was wonderful. Everyone was always in a good mood and happy.

When we first arrived, the sun was setting. What a beautiful first impression, we saw the sunsetting as we got out our car and walk into the lobby. The staff welcomed us with leis and the valet/bell staff was nice. Check in was nice as well, they gave us a room upgrade without us asking. Our room was beautiful, clean and spacious. The pool guys was great as well! The bar and restaurant staff was friendly as well. It’s wonderful they have a beach on property and you can watch the sunset, peaceful way to end the day. They gave us complimentary drinks, cakes and a snack bag for my daughter’s birthday! Our overall experience was amazing! We will stay here again if we come back to Maui.

Beautiful property and customer service was top notch! We had a fantastic time! We loved having food and drinks poolside and we enjoyed going the restaurants as well BUT they are extremely expensive. There are many other restaurants and shopping nearby so we enjoyed getting out and exploring a little.

Great trip my family really enjoyed their stay

First time at the property and it was wonderful! The rooms and common areas are beautiful and well maintained. I believe they recently renovated and it showed. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. We had a fridge, microwave and kitchen table, which made breakfast easy with the kids. The bathroom was large and beautifully done. The pools were clean and there were plenty of chairs and towels. Self parking was free and easy. The location is great in that Wailea itself is gorgeous, it’s close to Makena, a stone’s throw from the shops at Wailea and only a short drive from Kihei where you can hit Safeway, restaurants, etc. Staff was wonderful from start to finish. We’ll definitely be saving up to come back!

Propert was great. The staff was courteous and helpful. I will be back to this hotel. However I will not be booking thru Expedia any time in the future. When I booked my suite, I booked an ocean view suite but when we arrived they said that Expedia did not book an ocean view suite. I will not use Expedia again

no beach service, they take away the chairs and umbrellas by 3pm, if you can even get one since most days they say it's "too windy". I asked one of the guys why and they said their hours have been cut. The food is terrible, no fresh fruit, all from concentrate, no fresh produce. Don't think you're getting a papaya or guava or pineapple. Everything is so overpriced, way beyond even high end resort prices, $35 mahi sandwich from frozen fish and no produce. Nothing fresh, everything cheap and small. This is like a tired 3 star resort and not even close to 5 star anything.

The house keeping is really good. Overall experience is very good.

A beautiful hotel with great customer service. The suites have large balconies, and everything is very convenient. The pools are awesome, and the beach service with chairs and umbrellas is very handy. The canoe experience was amazing, with snorkeling included. , just make sure you book it ahead of time as the slots fill up quickly and they only do 4-5 a day for an hour each. This is free of charge :) I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful property! But…. Not sure if I’d stay there again. The restaurant prices are extremely high (like $25 dollars for a kids meal). Also the restaurants close very early. This is odd since they should at least stay open until 10 or 10:30pm. The beach they have is not the prettiest beach and it’s a hike to get too. Their times of when certain activities are open are short and frustrating when it’s still light outside. Probably wouldn’t go back because of the above aspects.

Fairmont Kea Lani is an absolutely gorgeous property and is close to very fine dining and shops and has fabulous dining options on property as well. The rooms were top notch. The service and smiles were so great. We spent a lot of time exploring the island but the resort was a nice respite! Strongly encourage anyone to stay here! You will not regret it!

Our son’s Nintendo switch was stolen from this backpack that was zippered shut. He swears it was closed when we left the room. When we came back from the pool it was left open which prompted him to tell everyone to check for their things. His sunglasses lens were popped out in his backpack as well but we were able to fix those. Security said they would scan the room and they claim no one entered. This is false. We are frequent travelers and the kids always pack up their electronics (they bring them for long flights) before we leave the hotel room. Unfortunate because in all my years of traveling we have never had anything stolen. Won’t stay here again. Also, only 3 $39 entree options for breakfast, still have to add in coffee, so it forces you to do the $68 buffet. The waitress didn’t allow us to order a la carte whatever we wanted like at the Fairmont in Scottsdale. We don’t over eat and it was a waste. Celebrated our 15 year anniversary and it was never addressed at check in or ever. Was greeted with leis as you should be in Hawaii but no champagne or juice.

Fairmont always exceeds our expectations as this trip was no different. Beautiful property, amazing staff, and amazing food. The list goes on. I would only say if you are going to Maui this is the place...

The resort is absolutely beautiful. Offers everything you need with extremely professional and friendly staff addressing all your needs. Can not wait to stay there again!!

Beach and shopping nearby. Free shuttle service to other hotels and shopping. Only negative was the roosters in the area would crow early in the morning.
