It is a magnificent place, I recommend the pool, it is very nice, my son had a great time, the breakfast was delicious, the people are very kind, the room is very clean, everything is wonderful.

We had a great stay at the Hotel. Loved the view from the balcony. The Shower was updated since we were there last. Very nice. Its convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. Recommend this Hotel

Nice to be a bit away from the business of town. Room was clean. Hotel could use some updates. The pool was fantastic and the kids had a blast with the slide.

Weather was amazing & the leaves had just changed color. There was a ladybug infestation & the Bears were very active was which was awesome to see. As for our room, the ladybugs had invaded and we took a few of them home with us unintentionally. When they came to clean our room they left the extra toilet paper and never changed out the shampoo. As for the breakfast downstairs, they should have a coffee bar some of the visitors just wanted coffee only and had to wait in line for breakfast. All in all it’s a nice hotel could use some updates. Plus you had to pay $15 a day for parking which I thought was ridiculous.

Our "balcony" was covered on kudzu beetles. I wouldnt really call it a balcony. It was three feet wide and had a concrete wall about 4 foot high. You could not see "the city view" unless you stood outside on the balcony...chairs would have been useless. The balcony and windows were covered with the beetles that kept coming into the room. Opening the balcony door and stepping outside was completely out of the question. Room was very outdated and "tired" looking. Needless to say we checked out after about 30 minutes.

Hotel is in a perfect location for visiting downtown Gatlinburg. Free trolley service right to the front door of hotel was a huge perk! Communication with the front desk was excellent. Room was very clean with all the amenities- a nice size fridge and even a wireless phone charger (great bonus). View from the balcony was beautiful (photo attached). Will definitely be back.

This is our second time staying at the hotel. We had a better experience the first time. The rooms definitely need to be updated for the price you pay. We could not sleep the first night due to a loud AC unit in our room. We asked the front desk if they could send someone to look but all the person did was lift up the cover. We had to just leave the AC off at night to sleep. Overall, the view was beautiful as usual and restaurant staff were nice.

This was an excellent experience staying at the Park Vista. The entire hotel smelled so clean and was very refreshing. They were very accomodating with getting us in early as we had a photo session to get ready for. 10/10 recommend!

Over all we are always pleased with our stay at park vista but when I went to check in they informed me there was an additional 15$ a night fee for parking just to stay in the hotel which was not noted when I booked the room online. Very frustrating when you show up and additional fees are tacked onto your already paid for room.!

We absolutely loved our 3 night stay here. The bartenders at Firefly are awesome. The front desk staff is super friendly. The pool area is super cool. The timing of everything is perfect. My husband and I are night owls and late risers. Check out is at 11am and pool isn’t closed until midnight, which is super good for us. We were visiting for our 7th anniversary and looovvveeedd every second of it.

The parking lot got a little full at night. It can be quite a walk depending where you park. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay! Beautiful view, friendly staff. There was one small issue with housekeeping, but they immediately made up for it. I would stay here again!

Dining options were limited and the food wasn't very good. It was a nice quiet location away from the zaniness of Gatlinburg. But for other dining options one has to take the free shuttle service or pay up to $20 (all day) to park in Gatlinburg. And the shuttle service might add up to two hours time for a meal.

Room service tray from room directly next to me (doors side by side) with half eaten chicken bones and other old food items was sitting there at 4pm at check in, and was still there at 11 am the next day at check out. It STINKS. Super gross, since my 2 year old picked one of the chicken bones up and threw it. Towels were stained, remote control was sticky. I prepaid for breakfast, they didn't give me my breakfast ticket at check in, it was an ordeal at breakfast, nor did they give me any instructions on where the pet reief area was. There's poop all over the pet reief area because they have not restocked the poop disposal bags. 1 of the 2 water slides down for maintenance, which is the only one my 2 year old would have used, as the other was too big. I regret staying here.

The hotel was very nice, the only complaints are the inside balcony walls were a little dirty from what looked like alot of dust from a fan. The tub in our room could've been cleaner ( it had hair in the tub and on the walls of the tub/shower and also had a little mold in the cracks. I also found q-tips in the corner of the vanity floor ( that did not belong to us) other than that the experience was excellent. I will recommend to family and friends, i will also return.

We have stayed here several times and always feel the same way. We get a room with a Mountain View and love it every time . It is also nice that it is an easy access to Gatlinburg.

We have stayed here several times and enjoy it every time, but I would suggest that the pool be upgraded. It is a great concept, but it was dirty. I think it needs drained and repainted and the filters replaced, because it did not seem like the filters were working properly. Other than that the beds were very comfortable, our room was great, and the service was excellent. One other thing I would suggest would be to get more luggage carts because there was not enough available for everyone to use.

The property is dated. The pool area was not properly cleaned. Overall the place is ok. There was clearly a shortage of staff. I wouldn't refer anyone to the restaurant. Everything is microwaved, i ordered a cheeseburger. It was clearly microwaved with a terrible after taste. The food couldn't be eaten. My husband sirloin dish the same.

This is probably the best hotel in Gatlinburg. Service, food, staff, the rooms, and the views were spectacular. Only one suggestion…the balcony had a lot of water on the floor from the above ac units which made it slippery. Maybe housekeeping can mop it so we can fully enjoy what we paid for. Otherwise, we were very pleased.
