It’s always a pleasure to stay in this property. We love the food and the casino proximity.

The property has undergone some much needed renovations. The restaurant is now on the 3rd floor which allows patrons to get a better look of part of the city and the golf course. Eateries, coffee shops, Smart & Final are very close to this property. Parking is easy even when you have to park on E2. The front desk staff is friendly enough. You get more smiles from housekeeping and support staff. The elevators are surprisingly fast and efficient. The area is safe enough. At the end of the day this is Tijuana a border town and things will happen. The city itself shows a strong presence of the military and civilian police. Traffic is as expected, pretty heavy and hectic but otherwise ok. Overall, I enjoyed myself once again.

Room not ready to check in said it might be 30 minutes after check in time. They charged me at departure on my card when room was already paid and had to refund me in mexican money instead of refunding my card. Horrible experience.

I love the French restaurant there, but also the breakfast buffet excellent service. Excellent food, but I love the Jacuzzi the most.

I’ve always stayed at this property. It’s nearby everything and love the buffet . My daughter enjoys the pool.

The staff member that was on the 32nd floor in the morning was amazing to my son and I. Very courteous and attentive . Valet guy was helpful and amazing on giving ne directions. The room was clean and amazing. The pool area was really super fun according to my son.

this is the third time I encountered hair (sink, pillow and toilet) the last one it was a ball of hair. Cleaning person and the supervisor (who checks all rooms are ready for customers) need to take their job more serious. This is not a deal breaker but I'm starting to look for alternate hotel. Should have taken pictures.

Everything was great. The only thing I would do is make the evening menu better we got fish. It was not good at all, but breakfast is wonderful.

Spend the weekend with my girlfriend enjoy this hotel every thing is great best in Tijuana . Victor at the front great service . Young kid Brandon great service at main restaurant brunch also above and Beyond on service .

There was a foul smell from the bathroom bathtub. Even the bathtub curtain smelled of urine. The carpet in the room was dirty and bitten by bugs. So, I was very angry. Please pay more attention to cleaning and disinfecting your room.

This is the best hotel in Tijuana for value- always quite rooms, good parkinga nd very friendly staff.

Have stayed here multiple times & room condition is hit or miss . As hotel.com platinum (30+ room nights/year) eligible for a free upgrade if available . All I ask for is the standard refrigerator ( for meds) & room safe . Asked the desk agent to please make sure that’s where I land . Was given a room without refrig or safe. I know they were available as a companion who’s not gold or platinum checked in AFTER I & had both in his room . My room also had no room service menu/ necessitating a call/wait or 20+ minutes & delaying meal an hour .. no do not disturb door hanger so maid would knock early.. it’s as if this room wasn’t inspected . 5 stars for housekeeping as room was very clean and always has been at Grand Hotel . ( and when I called desk to see if I could change rooms or get a refrig… was immediately said that’s not possible in a tone that I was interupting them with my phone call . So no 5 stars for Cust service . They can do better .

It's very convinient

To poor, we stay in vip they don’t have appetizers we ask for it and they said that’s all they have And they have bad attitude they don’t have air conditioning in the room

The Emma restaurant is amazing. Some of the best food I have had anywhere. I would have liked a coffee machine in the room. The salt water pool and hot tub were both at the perfect temperature.

Rooms are big, food is amazing, and service is great.

We liked the pool & cabanas although they were all occupied! What we disliked was the fact that we weren’t able to obtain a couple of disposable utensils, also there was roaches in the room which wasn’t a very pleasant situation.
