There is 45 dollar charge on my credit card. For what charge. I have no idea. Called them ask and they dont know why. I should be calling the policeman

The place was nice (looks wise) but when we entered our room it smelled really bad, really musty. Also the parking garage, we went to the top and the ramp wasn’t built right and there was no sign and our car got scrapped up and smashed underneath.

Great spot downtown , got a room for a baseball game, 10-15 minute walk. Also walkable to night life . Parking was 30 dollars a night.

This place did not make their policy clear to us before booking that the check in age was 21, I didn’t have to press any agree policy contracts either. After only telling us as we were there at 10pm. This left us stranded and struggling to find a place to sleep at night.

It is an older hotel, the beds weren't comfortable. We were going to use the pull out bed on the couch. But no bedding was available for it. Called the front desk, was told the phone doesnt work & to call from my cell phone. The people who were going to use it, decided to sleep on the couch part instead. If we decide to stay in downtown Minneapolis again, will kot be staying there

Terrible customer service. I booked and arrived. I was told they had a pool when i booked, even given pool hours. Upon arrival they told me it did not have a pool and they would refund me if i wanted to go elsewhere. I went elsewhere, they rejected the refund and the desk clerk was very rude and told me it wasnt her problem. Terrible experience

I enjoyed the hotel's location but was disappointed with the staff, particularly an older gentleman whose name I didn't catch. He was consistently rude when approached with questions, notably when I inquired about the non-functional internet in my room for nearly a day. His response was dismissive, claiming that the hotel didn't control the internet as another company managed it. He didn't even make an effort to understand the issue. As a result, my family and I had to endure nearly ten days without internet access during our stay.

Clean hotel in downtown, a few pubs and cafes within walking distance. Rooms were spacious. The double beds in the suite were comfortable. The tv facing the beds didn’t work, but the one by the sofa did. Wifi was fast and parking was convenient. Great value.

The staff greeted us warmly, gave us cookies, and we were in our room very quickly. The room was spacious and very appealing, with all the amenities we needed. We loved the easy, cheaper parking nearby (We didn’t use the hotel parking because there were so many cheaper options showing on our parking app). Between the friendly and helpful staff and the perfect downtown location, our stay was wonderful. We hope to stay longer next time !

45 minutes to check in finding out there’s no air conditioning no Wi-Fi! But apparently there was no air-conditioning weeks before we got there!
