Rooms are really small. Breakfast is poor. The only great thing is the view from the restaurant. The property is up on a hill and it is really inconvenient to move around.

Stunning room view! No dinner options and area in Naples is not great and super trashy. Staff could be friendlier. Our neighbors stayed up all night drinking and smoking on their patio..super noisy and rude.

couldn't believe all the dog crap all over the sidewalks! Front desk wasn't too helpful with their directions to the cable car

We spent 3 nights in the hotel and the noise level was the worst I have ever experienced, guests continuously banged doors until the early mornings and then again as they departed in the early hours. The hotel is situated high up on a hill, there are no facilities in the immediate area, you are required to take a taxi every time you wish to go to the city centre. The photos on the website look like the hotel is on the level across from the Marina, however this is misleading . On a positive note, the staff in the restaurant are first class and the reception staff are helpful and friendly..

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over many years. It has been updated and is very clean and comfortable. The views of the bay of Naples are stunning. The restaurant and roof top bar are very enjoyable.

I loved the gorgeous views from Hotel Paradiso looking over Naples and all the way over to Sorrento. It was quiet at night which was nice, and the food and drinks at the terrace restaurant were enjoyable! The only difficulty was that with the way the roads are in Naples, the location felt a bit far from the 'heart' of Naples. We really did enjoy our stay here after getting engaged in Rome, and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Naples in the future.

The views for the seafront were amazing. The room was clean as well. Location is very hard to get to. Also some electrical issues there as well. When we checked in the lights were not working in the room. We had also arranged for a driver through the hotel. Somehow we were unable to find him and we were left taking a taxi.The pool is also an appointment only pool. So unless you book it you cannot utilize it.

My son and I stayed for our 18th and 50th birthday celebrations. Staff were ok but prior to arriving we were told we would get a complimentary bottle of champagne. That never arrived. Nothing special was done for our birthday's either. Also for 2 days I complained about our shower tray filling up to the max when taking a shower. It was repaired slightly but still filling up and we weren't offered to change our room or anything.

The stay was amazing, the great views, the bar and restaurant and the location. I want to say how amazing all the staff are and accommodating. One member of staff made our stay special so thank you to her, she’s the one who brought the champagne out to the pool and made the birthday celebration memorable.

The view from the rooftop bar and restaurant was great. Staff were friendly and efficient. The location is not convenient for travel to Amalfi and other places. The room had issues. The bathroom door didn’t shut properly. The toilet didn’t flush properly. The window shutter was broken so we were awaken by the sun early. Towels were thin and old. A spare blanket was smelly

Very old and need to be remodeled, the guy at the front desk was not very friendly, he gave me a partial sea view room even though reminded him that I paid for full view sea view , there are tow huge building in front of this hotel to block the view and they still advertise it as full sea view, the view was the only reason I booked that hotel.

The hotel is excellent, the personal touch, with a great room and view. Reception were very helpful throughout the entire stay. I would go back. The hotel has a abut remote, so transport or taxis required, but a lovely hotel.

I still rated excellent, but i was put in roo. 119 near the service lockers and i .aybe the kitchen.. it was like my room was right there with their conversation. Wasnt too happy about that sine i needed to sleep. Overall, everything else great! Excellent staff and hotel.

The view from the room was amazing and all of our drivers were so nice. The front desk staff were a little brisk and the bed wasn’t very comfortable, but overall it was a nice experience.

While this hotel is not in the area for the attractions, it is a lovely hotel with amazing views overlooking the coast. We enjoyed the restaurant and the daily breakfast. The staff was helpful. The taxi from the main train station to the hotel was about 30 Euros and was about this amount when we took a taxi to the airport. For going to the main port, the front desk called a taxi which arrived within 5 minutes, and cost about 20 Euros (returning to the hotel in the evening was the same). The wifi disconnected periodically but was adequate. Several TV channels are available in English (CNN, etc)

Even though this hotel was further from the port and the pick up point for many day trips, the staff was very helpful and helping us use the cable car funicilare and bus system to get around. The breakfast that was included was excellent, great coffee and the best croissants I have ever had. Like much of Europe and Italy, it was not very handicap accessible for people who need accommodations in getting around. However I would stay there again for the service, the food and the view.

The views are amazing from the entire hotel. Must stay when you are in Naples. The staff really aims to please!!!! They went above & beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful!!! The hotel’s restaurant food is great! Walking distance to cable cars to take you to the port.

We only stayed overnight for our flight back home but the ferry pickup and airport transfer arranged by the hotel went very smoothly. The rooftop bar and restaurant were very convenient and had beautiful views.

Amazing location for Naples. Clean and neat. Everything is new and modern. Room is in decent size. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. I left this morning when there is a taxi strike so almost would miss flight however hotel staff went out of their way to arrange me a private cab to ensure I won’t miss it. Thank you

This is a spectacular hotel; the view of the bay of Naples and of Vesuvius is magnificent; the staff is knowledgeable, the restaurant is 4-star.

Hotel is an older hotel but was clean and nice. Comfortable accommodations with a beautiful view from high up. Fairly pricey taxi ride to other areas of Naples.
