It was not unique but it was near to a lot of possibilities. Parking was a search for the beginning, but very nice and safe. not our second choice because we like more landscape

Staff was great. Room was clean. Train station, bus stop and subway were opposite the hotel, which made it easy to get around. Good restaurants close by as well.

The staff were very helpful. Good breakfast . Coffee in the rooms was difficult to do work out and no milk.

My biggest complaint is that the A/C system in the room did not cool down well enough the room. The dial was set for 18 degrees Celsius, but it felt the air temperature was more like 21 degrees or higher. The breakfast was superb and the staff was very helpful. The bed was comfy and the room had plenty of electrical and USB charging points. I would stay again.

we were unable to travel due to hospitalization in Bulgaria due to unforeseen medical incident that put me in hospital for over a week.

The staff are all so friendly and helpful, great breakfast, clean fresh room, comfortable beds and its location means that you can easily walk to shops etc or catch a train to travel further.
We will certainly consider returning.

Bei Ankunft im Hotel nach einer langen ermüdenden Reise gab uns die sehr nette Dame an der Rezeption ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit Aussicht - sie wusste genau, was uns guttun würde. Großartig!

Es war sehr schön, das Zimmer war sehr schön, nur ein bisschen klein (ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer). Das Frühstück war auch für Veganer gut geeignet.

Highly recommended, the location is ideal, with multiple restaurants, shops, and coffee shops nearby, as well as a bus and train station across the street, location couldn’t have been better. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and the property is well maintained.

Schönes, sauberes und gemütliches Zimmer im Dachgeschoss mit tollem Ausblick über Stadt, Fluss und Berge, perfekte Lage direkt am Bahnhof und zugleich nur 15 Minuten bis zum Rhein. Besonders hervorzuheben aber sind die wirklich ausgesprochen freundlichen und zuborkommenden Mitarbeiter, die auf Wunsch auch ein perfektes veganes Frühstück vorbereiteten. .

Very convenient location close to the station, quiet at the same time, nice staff and breakfast, only minus was the floor was not perfectly clean (which I only noted doing yoga though to be fair), bathroom was super clean. overall great stay and I will come again when next in the area for business.

The room was a little small, but otherwise it was a clean, well run place close to the train station, and everything else.

Not bad, but some people at the reception were not very polite. I saw much worst in other hotels in Germany, but I did not expect any of that in a Best Western outside America.

Good stay until it turned out front door was locked and would not open when I had a train to catch! I aksed to be let out back door but was refused!

no door man , you help your selef for lugge only 1 work for respections and restrant est...only one work in nigth and you must wait in bad wether outsaide until he come for anywere in hotel to open main hotel door (lock in nigth )no room service no dining service , the hote is very poor and basic , alot of issue it only for sleep in not comfortable bed , only the balcony whtout chear is the good thingbreekfats is not good for vigitairian or gelatin free , looby small very noice from pepole in street drnking in weakend noisy you can not sleep from thier the hotel Not good internationl travel with experience becuse they willsay this 1or 2 star hotel maximum ranking
