The staff was courteous and professional. The location was outstanding and we were able to walk everywhere. The hotel is beautiful with a great lobby vibe. Very cool decor and great background music. We definitely recommend it and will be back!

I did not like the staff not telling me what was in the destination fee. I did not use any of the items listed once I found out later upon reviewing my bill. Should have been told up front

Great stay, clean room with comfortable bed and pillows. Had plenty of amenities, we didn’t even use them all but a lot of food options!

Property was very nice, the staff was great. Lots to see and do in area. Got reservation thru Expedia, reserved a handicap accessible room. When we got there, none were available. Hotel upgraded us to a larger room, then another that we made work. Space is important to us. Will not use Expedia again, suggest going to actual Hotel site, so you won't be disappointed.

We loved this property. It was clean, beautiful and walking distance to broadway.

The Renaissance is the most convenient hotel to the Ryman and Bridgestone. It is connected with the Assembly Food Hall which offers numerous food and drink options and has live music. It is perfect for a quick bite before a concert. Our view was of the Nashville skyline and a portion of Broadway, so it was nice to sit and take in the view. There are a number of elevators and they are quick, so there is never really a wait. They have a bar situated in an over street walkway. They also have a restaurant. We didn’t try either. The decor is very nice, although the lime green accent wall in the room was a little off putting. It made the room look a little cheap. The beds and pillows were comfy. The valet experience was very good. You pull into a parking spot in front of the hotel which allows for numerous cars to be staged at once. I would definitely stay at the Renaissance again.

Great place to stay!

My wife and I will be returning here next year during the CMAs. From the atmosphere, bridge bar, and the shops connected to the hotel, it was a perfect place to stay.

This was a great location to walk or uber to anyplace we wanted to go.

The prices in the market place are outrageous. Sorry to be blunt but seriously $44 for a six pack of Coors beer?! We were in Vegas 3 weeks ago and got a whole bottle of liquor for that price. Very disappointed in that for sure

Loved my stay at the hotel. The staff were really nice. The location was perfect. It was within walking distance to everything we did in Downtown Nashville. It’s connected to Assembly Food Hall which made choosing dining options very easy. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.
