Great in general

I stayed at this hotel today and checked out a few hours ago. It’s safe to say I will not be going back there. When I booked it for business trip I booked for a queen size bed but it was more like a double. When I checked in they said no pets or smoking which I do not. I had no pet as well. Later that night I noticed stains on the bed and the bed size was small. At 8am that morning while I was sleeping I got a call from the front desk asking me if I had a dog in the room. I said no and that I don’t own a pet because I knew there was a $250 charge if there was for clean up. I asked if they can check my room to see that there was no pet. I then went downstairs and spoke to the front desk staff. The elevator was wet with cleaning liquid which I almost slipped as I was going down. When I went to the front desk they said a women said they saw a dog with a women go into my room which was not true since I was in my room the entire night. I was upset to say the less and wasn’t able to fall back asleep afterwards. I ended up checking out shortly after. I had to take video of the room just in case there was a charge added to my card.

Stayed one night for business. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. For the price, it was a good stay.

Did not let us in early, stayed in the car to wait until 3 pm...room was not ready until 345 pm, a lot of delaying tactics...dark hallway, old rundown hotel, look somewhere else...

Friendly and accommodating staff. Beyond filthy bathrooms. First room had urine and hairs around toilet. Second room almost the same. Third room was better however had extensive mold around shower fixture and corners of shower.

Overall everything was great. The room had a fridge and microwave, place was clean, staff was friendly. The only issue I had was the air conditioner was noisy and would rattle off and on. It woke me up and I had to turn it off in the middle of the night which made the room quite warm after a while.
